Idk, kinda childish, man up, should look at players like Drogba or Lampard and start to be more professional.

Drogba yelled into the camera "IT'S A f**kING DISGRACE!" though lol. Hardly professional. As well as Lampard filming an orgy abroad in his earlier days. We have players who've done plenty of questionable sh*t too.

Haha yeah also true. 

But i mean Drogba was right. It was a f*cking Disgrace. 

Lampard on the pitch was a real sportman thou, remember he even prevented Ronaldo from being sent off in a losing game.

It's a mental thing, he has the talent to put those chances away every week, but not the confidence and mental strength. That is what is holding him back from being a top striker. I don't think it's something that can be improved on in training.

He was never a standard striker in any team, this was his first real season where he had that role.

Great at headers though I give him that but poor at finishing with his feet, he had that great solo run when he scored, forgot vs who that was though.

This season 11 goals in 31 games that's not good enough for someone that wants to be the first choice striker, Hazard scored 12 goals in the league this season.

He can improve but seeing how Giroud that was mostly a super-sub in Arsenal was starting games instead of him as soon as he came I don't see Morata staying in the team.

I dunno Linekar used to practice penalties constantly and he was incredible on pens. It could make a difference, afterall he does miss 1 on 1s so to me technically he doesn’t seem to have the accuracy.

I agree it can be worked on, and can remember either Wright/Barnes working with Defoe when he kept on missing chances. There was a remarkable improvement and he earned an England recall. 

You just get a sense that Conte is more focused on the tactical aspect instead of working on his flaws.

I don't think Morata has any flaws, he just isn't a great striker.

Although he's been poor this year, still should have made the WC cup. Who's the second choice striker behind Costa in the team, Aspas the guy who couldn't get a game at Liverpool? It's Morata's lose and our gain, provided he will still be here next season of course

Aspas scored 22 league goals this season, twice as many as Morata scored.

If we do let him go I think it will explain why we are after Lewandowski. A proven world class goal scorer who is very unlikely to fail but you just have to look at my username to show you that it can fail.

I don't think the board have any patience and I can see him getting loaned out to an Italian club with a perm fee at the end of the loan. It's sad because the talent is there but he needs a change of attitude for me.

I’m not sure we’re in a position where we can afford to be patient with Morata.

We let our best striker since Drogba leave and put a lot of faith in Morata and invested a lot of money in him to prove he’s good enough to be first choice at a big club. Trusted him to be able to carry the goal scoring burden that comes with that and he’s massively let us down. 

We got so little in return on our huge investment.

So get rid of Morata and sign Lewandowski? I don’t think we’d regret that at all. If nothing else Lewandowski’s experience would be a huge plus, something we sorely missed this season. You only have to look at the impact Giroud had when he arrived as a testament to the importance of quality, experienced players.

I know it’s hard to believe, but Morata was shopping in Milan and Juventus director just happened to be on the same street in a restaurant. 

He's a duck out of water in this league. He know's Italy is perfect for him, both on and off the pitch.

Such a difficult one this, can we afford to give him another chance as our 1st sticker and risk out on not competing for the league (need a striker who can score at least 20 goals if we are to have a chance at the title) or do we sell him and get in someone else. The only thing he has going for him is that he is at a good age & can definitely improve, I would hate for us to sell him and he goes on to become a world class player...sick of that happening to us. Difficult one, decisions..decisions.

How come that isn't tapping up then?  Or has the club told him to go and talk to Milan and or Juve?   Yes not the best of starts to his Chelsea career but the boy has so much talent and this will be yet another talent lost because we have no patience....bad decision if they let him leave.

The thing is we now have an experienced option b striker who has shown he can get double digit goals a season from the bench in Giroud,
