Kepa is a good keeper with more to come and it's always an added bonus not to have to watch the streak of sh*te who preceded him.

Made some good saves tonight, marshalled his back line well and kept pushing them out when they started to drop deep. 

Been really happy with the lad. Still young but clearly has bags of talent, and its great to see someone in goal actually looking happy and positive for a change.

He did appeal for a goal kick when it was obviously a corner though. Release on a free ASAP.

Came out early to boot a few balls away that Thibo wouldnt have. I'm convinced Bournemouth would have gotten a result if it was Courtois in goal instead of him. 

Played well again yesterday, scoreline could have been a lot more embarrassing if not for some great saves.

today vs Southampton, Kepa made a couple of saves & had some good distribution. Another clean sheet to boot, I believe Kepa is starting find his form w/ CFC

Kepa definitely been a great signing! Massive future ahead, and I somewhat like that hes being kept lowkey in terms of performances compared to Ederson and Alisson when hes every bit as good. Hes definitely been ahead of De Gea this season, but thats probably more the fault of jose than anyone

I say put Bulka in goal and play Kepa in Jorginho’s position!

I didn't feel confident in him saving penalties tonight, and then he didn't move for the 1st one, which had me even more suspicious. 

Pulled it off a great save in the end though.

If only eriksen had tried the Jorginho penalty against Kepa.

Left, right, or down the middle. The keeper really looks bad if he chooses down the middle and it's struck to the side . But it's not a bad gamble. 

I agree that not diving in either direction is a very good option, and can save the shot down the middle, as well as the poorly taken penalty kick that is weak and not close either post.  Like the one Anelka took in the 6th round in Luzniki stadium that fateful day.  Alas.

The fact he's come here on a record breaking fee for a keeper and the media, pundits and opposition fans are leaving him alone is the biggest compliment he can get.

The narratives wrote themselves for the anti Chelsea brigade, if he was even as much as needing adaption time they would have banged on about how he's a downgrade on Courtois (like they done with Baka/Matic even when the former was playing allright) while constantly citing Alisson as how to spend big money on a keeper properly.

Kepa so far is the best signing in a long long time. Big money but the boy has been very levelheaded and on the level we need him to be.
