Definately the best keeper I've seen for us. I don't think I will ever feel as confident in the defence as what i did 2004-2006. 

The bravery he showed to still put his on line after that little threatening injury, is an example to not only the football world, but to everyone who has suffered a set back in their life. 

Legend of the game, as well as our club, and a fantastic person aswell. 

    Shame that we didn´t give him a contract years ago, so he left a top club to join Arsenil. :ohmy:

    But he was, is and will ever be one of us - a true legend and a superb goalkeeper, may be the best of all keepers we had (and we had a couple of very good keepers).

    Excellent news, there may be certain things our club gets wrong but it seems to look after ex players really well.

    No chance, I still think luiz is going to miss that penalty when he takes the mother of all run ups!!!  

    Regarding big Pete, has any keeper ever  regularly been so influential in big games. 

    The greatest keeper we've ever had.  From Rennes for just over 11 million.  Thanks for everything, and Didier is right; were it not for Petr, we'd not have lifted the CL in Munich that night.

    @charierreThe more I think about it I honestly don't mind Blanc. He did well with France (before the current crop of stars) and at PSG (where he gave us a good few games when we actually had a good team).

    He does well with young players, speaks English and has played here before which means he gets the English game.

    When you consider it there aren't a lot of good options left. Frank isn't ready yet in my view. I'd be fine with Blanc if Sarri was moved on.
