I'm watching Barcelona vs Real Betis. Barcelona look like a totally different side without Messi, I would fancy any of the top 6 Prem teams to beat them without him. They were poor last week too. I also didn't know that Fekir joined Real Betis, he's been good. I'm surprised he moved to them, I think he could play at a higher level, he's definitely Champions League quality.

Just had a walk on the wild side by going on the fighting cock forum to see what they thought of their team's awful performance.

First thing that shocked me was the sheet vulgarity on display, the swearing, personnal attacks and general hate on display is astounding. Just makes me glad to read this forum.

But there is a funny side: they have little cups next to their names depending on the number of posts they've made. Some have more than Spurs have won in thirty years. Now that is irony.

Most other forums are like that. This is one of the most polite football forums I've been on, although it still has it moments.

Couldn't quite believe, actually still can't quite believe Newcastle won at Spuds yesterday.

Yeah, that site is quite brutal. You should see their match day thread when they face us, they would often ask for Dier to break Hazard's legs. They seem to really hate Azpilicueta too for some odd reason. I don't know if they still do it, but I remember them creating fake quotes and saying it was from this site to try and make us look stupid. Maybe supporting such a losers team is taking it's toll on them.

Horrible for there fans, the rugby league side I support went through something similar years ago and it were on the verge of disappearing, a really gutting time. Hope they manage to sort something out. But the FA need to start looking at these owners who destroy clubs.

Yes I believe so. Bolton had started the season and played some fixtures. Also I don’t think the process started as far back as it has with bury so bury’s time had ran out. 

 

Very sad really. Hope they can bounce back even if they started in a lower division. Seen other sides come back.

Totally agree.

Obviously we will appreciate this more than some other successful clubs due to our battles just before Bates arrived.

It makes me wonder about British players putting money into a fund like you would with a union to help out those clubs with players and support staff not being payed in circumstances like this.
