Very good performance all around and much improved from that game against Krasnodar IMO.

So it’s great to put some distance between us on the score sheet at 3-0 with 20+ to go , means we (the fans) can relax a bit and very pleased to get a wet turf moor out of the way too.

What was even bad about that? It was a joke, someones said who is MOM and they replied your dads wife... Like that's not even a petty yo momma joke it's stating a fact while being funny... Sheesh. 

A good win but let's be realistic...a 3 nil win against the league's bottom team who can score home or away...we've got a run of winnable games coming up...let's see how FL does over the next few weeks...

I've definitely been a Mount criticizer in the past, but look how well he played when he's actually put in his best position instead of being put on the wing just to fit him in. Great performance all round though, out players are starting to gel, Silva is just a rock and arguably signing of the season given that he was free. Mendy also looking very assured in goal, I finally feel at ease watching us defend

Agree. Mount is better suited as a midfielder. He is much less effective as a forward as he can’t beat players off the dribble like Pulisic, Ziyech and CHO can. 

Mount maybe found a home in midfield, some great switches of play. Never seen a head hit harder than that, Zouma entire body weight was perfect. Kante looked great but it was against bottom club. 

‘I’m a fan of both kova and Jorginho , but the mount/Kante combo was excellent  

‘’the teamwork is slowly coming together. Thought Tammy did his part ok. 

How the defender wasn’t penalised for his blatant shove  on Chilwell...

Nice to get a 3-0 away win. These clean sheets do build confidence.

Good performance. Stable but clinical in the big moments. We have struggled recently on the back of European games. Away at Burnley is a tough game especially in those conditions and we handled it well. 

Have to say I loved the mobility of the team today. Chased everything, I include Ziyech and Werner in that. Led by Kante and Mount of course, who were superb. Just shutting down any possibility of a counter with early pressure on the ball. Forcing Burnley to hold the ball up or go backwards.

Mount was superb as well in the first half when we were trying to break them down. His ability just to create a bit of space with his body positioning, letting the ball run across him or a neat touch to create a yard is an underestimated part of his game.

Ziyech showed his class too the assist for Werner was just superb. Last season so many of those passes didn't quite land. But that goal was superb. Chilwell and James had a tough time in the wind but both were dangerous too. 

Have to say the only downside was Giroud's goal being ruled out for offside. 

Well done all round, great lineup from Frank who picked a perfect team for the opposition. No tippy tappy crap with 80 percent of the ball doing nothing with it. Mobility, workrate and cut through when it mattered. Also - How good is it to see us scoring from corners again? Big Kurt just doing an Ivanovic impersonation early on this season.

Been asking for patience while new players got back to fitness etc and now we are starting to see good signs as they play every match. 
And following up what I said post Krasnodar, look what happens when neither Jorginho or Kovacic start...

The front 3 looked good, and Ziyech is that special player we have been missing to break teams down. Werner is a good finisher as we all knew, and thought his movement was a lot better in this game. I did not even see the Mendy on Barnes "controversy", I suppose anytime a collision in the box is penalty worthy these days. 

Admittedly  it’s only MOTD - the boy line acher and his cronies - but massive praise from Danny Murphy for Mason Mount and from Alan Shearer for Ziyech, rightly so but no special mention for Kia who had his best game for us to date I believe - I’m sure his time will come ( for pundits blowing smoke up his bum I mean ) No mention of goalkeepers or suspect leaky defences either, how far we’ve come !! In fact it was all positives and no negatives.

BUT special praise for Sean Dyche who in post match interview said, ‘ sometimes you have to take a scruffy, ugly one “ sorry ladies, it’s my stupid, common upbringing, I know it’s not funny but I can’t help myself , but I couldn’t help but smile ? , I really do sincerely apologise.

That game was a joy to watch! We were so solid, Mount, Kai and Ziyech (and often James) with some lovely touches and intricate incisive passing. Were moving forward so well as an attacking unit.

And this is where Kante should play, boss the midfield, quickly circulate possession and leave the forward play to the others.

Mendy, Chilwell and Silva are superb... Even Mendy's passing, sweeping and ball control seems better than Kepa's.

It wasn't even controversial really. The players didn't shout for a penalty, the commentators made little of it. I think if the contact happened at the same time Barnes took his shot, then it would have been a penalty, but Barnes got the shot away and it was clearly going over the bar before any contact was even made.
