Just is a polemicist not a wind-up merchant and is by far the best poster this website has ever had.

Ah come on now, there is sticking up for a top poster and then there is talking absolute drivel.

Best poster we ever had, come on did you forget about posters like @Malta Blue, @yorkleyblue etc 😉

Oh I don't remember that one. Probably some real quality posters you could add to the list, like those two who were enjoying winding people up about Frank being sacked @Brutos was one, forgot who the other was.

Slojo. Posted every 30 minutes and changed his mind every 20 minutes. I know someone else like that.

Did we play the usual 3 at the back or 4, BBC had us playing 443. No issue with the selection even had we lost, let's hope Kante came off was as planned rather than forced. Some of the players on the field were not good enough for this team, but Tuchel has to play them once in a while since we couldn't get rid of them.

Ah right I remember now, Cheers Just. Did the other person you know also get banned on here?

It was a three.

And both Mendy and Kepa would join that list before poor old Christensen lmao

If I was a betting man I would place my money on Mount being the next to score but, after that shot he had that went just over Andreas may surprise us yet 😂

Could well be Mount, or who knows we may get an rare penalty soon and if Jorgi is still first choice taker could be him.

Tuchel's grand gesture for Paris cleaner

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel's Paris Saint-Germain legacy means the world for one family in particular: his former cleaner in Paris.

Tuchel and his family employed a cleaner during his tenure as PSG coach from 2018-20. After being told by his wife Sissi that the cleaner had been working extra hours as she looked to afford surgery for her son, who had a heart problem, Tuchel paid for the hospital costs involved, sources told ESPN.

When his spell at the Ligue 1 giants was coming to a close, Tuchel had a long chat with his cleaner in Paris about her wishes for the future. Sources told ESPN the woman said her biggest dream was to own a house in the Philippines, where she was from.

Tuchel was sacked by PSG just before Christmas in 2020 and moved to London a month later to take over as Chelsea boss from Frank Lampard, but not before giving his cleaner the keys to a property he bought for her. -- Julien Laurens

Really interested to see who takes for us now regularly. I feel Jorginho has earned the right since for the most part he's been consistent.

Lukaku though doesn't mess about with his pens and since he's the big money signing and essentially the leader in attack you would think he may want them.

I also don't see Jorgehh kicking up a fuss if Lukaku wanted pen duty or Lukaku having a problem with Jorginho staying on them. Whatever the case it will be TT's call. I won't be too bothered either way but, with Jorginho missing a couple more recently I can't help but think it's destined to be big Rom's job.

I think Lukaku should get them. If I remember correctly he hasn't missed any in his time at Inter, whereas Jorgi seems to have been figured out a little. Missed two in a row for us last season and two for Italy recently.

On top of that it's always good for a strikers confidence if he's able to boost his goal stats with pens.

For the first time, I thought Tuchel had us playing with fear. You can't win league titles playing with fear.

I don't understand why he set us up so defensively. I know it's City, but so what? do we fancy ourselves as title contenders or not? I'm not saying we should have tried to out football City, but we should have more belief that the attacking talent we have available can hurt them, especially at home, it was only a few months ago those players beat City 3 times in a row.

It's not catastrophic, but today was a bit of a blow mentally. He can't afford to have us playing like that again, if he does then there will be more slip ups on the way and Liverpool and City will quickly move out of our sight.

If by being brave mean we should have played the way we played after we concede where we concede chances after chances then you are crazy. With bad luck, it could have been Sarri 6-0

Your answer lies in the statement; “we will build a team that no one wants to play against”. I don’t think he has ever utilised the attacking talents at his disposal. His main focus is to keep us solid & prevent us conceding. When we are winning and lifting trophies it gets ignored, but in games like this you just wonder.

Our squad has to be more bold if we want to win the PL. No way will we be able to win enough games while focusing on not conceding goals but at the same time not being a counter-attacking team. Good teams have the quality to mark our target man and then it looks like we don't really have anyone that can step up.

Conte won the league playing defensively but he made us a counter-attacking force with D.Costa and Hazard. Now we have Lukaku that is a great striker but where is that support in attack? Lukaku had in Inter L.Martinez, here he doesn't have a partner yet.
