I can see why he started Giroud but sadly it's not working, we just can't keep the ball or get going on the flanks, having Giroud atm is pointless, bring on CHO?

You would never believe Townsend played for us. The 2 of them really want Sheffield to win.

Based on form, if he didn’t have the skill we wouldn’t have bought him. I don’t think you can fault his attitude, too many times have players lost confidence and then almost given up where he’s chasing everything and trying it’s just not coming off.

Since I've been watching Tuchel's teams in Germany I like the fact his teams always seem to be able to switch between 3-5-2, 4-4-2 and 4-3-3... combined with the fact he seems to make young players better; I do rate him a highly. 

But! Tuchel seems to be going with this 3-5-2 (5-3-2 basically) as his preferred system. That makes me a bit nervous. If he insists on playing Jorginho and Kovacic, where do we put Ziyech, Pulicic, Mount and Havertz? That's almost all the creativity we have. If he plays CHO as a wing back, there's no place for Reece. Kante and Tammy will probably get there minutes in this system, but it feels like a waste of a lot of talent.

What use it to have a formation just to put in pretty faces? 

I dont say he can't make it work to fit all the "star" players in, just that i dont care. 

Werner to his credit is actually doing reasonably well and is trying, he keeps getting ignored a lot though. Jorginho has been absolutely w**k though, Giroud can't get into the game, or we can't get him into the game I should say. 

I think I would take Giroud off at halftime.

It would be Jorginho to pick him out from deep but I don't think he's in the mood for risky balls atm

He had a few bad touches already though, not sure how good he can be in this position where he's supposed to find a player more often. He needs Ziyech to pass him.

Werner has made several good early diagonals behind only to see Jorginho just wandering along pointing randomly, then turn and play it back. Kova has tried a few early balls though.
