He had a very good game as did so many today. Only so much room in a post. I could have also mentioned Reece who was equally outstanding. Jorgi got the mention as I don't normally throw praise to him!

Norwich were lucky to get nil the difference between them and Brentford last week was staggering.

That's what happens when we actually make changes though we score goals. I still think we win this game with Lukaku and or Werner up top just not as emphatically.

Although Tuchel himself may not actually call it false 9 to the media we all know when Kai plays through the middle that's what we're playing.

False 9 makes a difference imo and if it doesn't, one way or another we'll come to find out more in the new couple of fixtures without our more orthodox strikers.

When we trashed Aston Villa 8:0 it was different, this was a much stronger showing and I can't see Norwich staying in the PL after this.

Loved the way we was hungry to score more goals today, normally it would be 3-0 and then we declare.

We need to be more ruthless, today was a good start.

Brilliant performance, and it wasn’t even a game where we missed loads of easy chances, we was ruthless and actually scored some cracking goals.

So it’s change a proven winning system or use him more sparingly which we can’t because of what we paid, he’s never been a big game player ever but we can’t bench him in big games and let him break down smaller teams that sit back because he wouldn’t be happy with that. 
 

My honest Opinion is we should have bought a working Werner but that may have taken time, so it is what it is we need to make it work but seeing that brilliant system taken apart isn’t nice to watch as fans.

Agreed we were totally at it today. Rudiger arguing about an award of a free kick against him near the end summed up our attitude today. Ruthless.

It doesn't get any better.  George Benson will be giving blue boxes to every player.  Hard to single anyone out - calling that a collectively impressive team performance.  We needed players to step up today, and did they ever.

Norwich were poor, and tough day for them.  To mix it up around teams around them they need to learn the ugly side of football.

Well done Chelsea.  This weekend just got a little, well, a lot better!

Over the entire season, I agree that Lukaku will hold us back in certain situations, but today, I would have fancied us to still batter Norwich no matter what system we played. We were good, we played a professional game, but they were woeful, we won't get an easier game than that for the rest of the season.

Kudos to @axman2526 who iirc called a goal fest and took some (v good natured) flak

With Lukaku in this game I reckon we win 4-0 he gets 2 or 3, but we create significantly less and about now we'd be saying "this is a game we scrape a 1-0 in without his finishing".

I agree and I also think that lukaku is the man for games we struggled in Last season which were low block “lesser” teams. 
 

For big games we looked near unplayable, the amount of movement and inter-play made even top teams look inept, can’t do that with a big focal point, I’m sure tuchel sees this it will be interesting how he man manages lukaku.

Best thing for me in past two games other than result is cho showing up. He’s looked excellent in the Pulisic role.. Pacy and some excellent end product. 
 

a few more games like that and he will be pushing as a first 11 starter.
