It games like these that could dent the title in the long run. I just knew after dominating the first half and not scoring we may regret

CHO should have buried that first chance

What is the point of Werner he is sh*te

He is apparently a very good player and we create a lot of chances when he plays but I just don't see it. Awful awful player in my book.

Not good enough today, forwards lacked threat and the changes came too late

Poor decision making at key moments

We knew the threat of United on the break …very poor by Jorgi as last man

Good penalty to get us level, atoning for his error

To win this league we need our forwards firing …so far it’s only blanks

Still top but to stay there we need to do better

Stats say it all, we had the game in our hands, we just didn't score.

I think Lukaku had to came on earlier. Heads up we still have a long road to go.

COME ON CHELS!!!

10 min is maybe the maximum for Lukaku.

Perspective- when we conceded it had the Juve game in turin written all over it. A point nonetheless keeps us top of the league. We are still in the race against Liverpool and City. We could and should have beaten Burnley and Utd at the bridge but its good to know that there is still lots of improvements to be made.

1 we cannot set up defensively on our set pieces like we did for the goal we conceded.

2. RLC and CHO both Ballers but still need to mature in their game, CHO too selfish and RLC takes too long on the ball.

3. Timo shouldn't be up top by himself it's different when he plays with Kai/Rom but without that physical presence alongside him he's looked pretty ineffective

4. TT perhaps too slow with subs this game, he must have had his reasons but you don't give Pulisic and Mount less than 15 mins to win us the game, 10 mins for Rom presumably because he's slowly getting match fit.

5. Mendy has been a bit erratic with his passing recently and may need to just slow down and focus more on accuracy.

Positives

I think Ziyech had a good game as did all of the back 3. Jorginho up until his mistake looked good and he redeemed himself so I'll cut him some slack. James always top performance, Alonso stepped in from the Ben injury and looked good. Will always miss that extra bit of pace that you get with Chillwell and defensive security but Alonso is still a good option and replacement.

All in all the most disappointed will be TT who may feel slightly let down by not so great decision making in the final third and ofc the mistake that led to the goal. On the balance of things we take our point and we move.

Despite people saying we don't need Lukaku, I think these are the games where he thrives. Werner was hard to watch in this OR ANY game, should have started with Havertz or brought Romelu on earlier.

You missed a bit out.

Hard to be upbeat after this.. only solace is we didn’t lose it but it feels like a loss..

god we have some poor attacking players .. CHO /Werner/RLC/Rudi missed absolute sitters .. one would expect at least one of these 4/5 to have gone in.

We clearly dominated the play without creating clear chances.

Thought TT was a bit slow with the changes today.

Werner clearly was not having a good day.

Lukaku could have come on earlier.

Ziyech worked hard though little end product.

Pulisic wasted a break late on by coming inside instead of hitting Mount running into space.

RCL generally good yet needs to watch dribbling in the defensive third, needs to stick to two touch there.

A draw though disappointing still leaves us top for another week, just need to win our next match.

The way we play when we face big teams is a bit concerning. We always seem to be Conservative and never play our game or to our strengths.

I would say is it mental? But manager after manager, different playing personnel it always seems to be the case.

But we weren’t playing a big team today.  They are miles behind the top 3 teams and a mid table team at best. They came to frustrate and defend and hope for a luckily break with Jorginho gifted them.
They parked the bus and we just couldn’t break through. We needed CHO to score that early change and it would have been 4/5.

Our decision making has been total sh*t.  Also, as an insult to injury, after doing something f**king dumb, the players look around in disbelief of the result.  You know, if you kick the ball towards the corner flag, please do not look gobsmacked that it wasn't on goal. No cool heads on the pitch today, just a bunch of over-reacting boys.

We were already weakend by Chilwell, Kante and Kovacic not beeing aveiable. Why then choose the absolute worst attack possible and stick with it for almost 80 minutes?

We need to start with Mount Lukaku and CHO/Pulisic ..

Man U did have new/no manager factor in their favour imo. Also the “maths” of “x beat man u by x and we can only draw” just doesn’t work in football. Anyone who’s been watching for more than a couple of years should know this by now.

Utd could have been buried in First Half, but the chance Wasters like CHO, Werner, Ziyech keeper them alive. Awful to watch how they waste chances like that.

Hope Tuchel has learned a Lesson and subs faster as Lukaku Ned's to show up earlier.

We dropped points because of CHO. He got greedy at the beginning to square the ball to put us 1 up. The rest is a result of this. Once we go 1 up there was little chance United would have scored.

No we didn’t! I could argue if Jorginho hadn’t made that awful mistake we would have walked away with all 3pts!

His only option was to pass to Werner. No one here can bet the house on him scoring.

Relying on Lukaku to do the scoring .. I was hoping Werner will turn the corner this year but he is just not a good finisher.

Ziyech never was prolific and Pulisic too injury prone .. mount needs to step it up to be a big time player because CHO is still starting out.

I guess it's not us who's winning the league this season. Liverpool and City are a step ahead.

To be fair, even though they both beat United, they've also had some questionable matches where they dropped points so I wouldn't say they are a step ahead based off this game.

We played sh*te today but in all honesty United were f**king embarrassing they were absolutely dogsh*t and didn't deserve anything from the game...anyway we're still top of the league so I'll pour meself another whiskey and enjoy the rest of the evening...KTBFFH!🍻🥃💙
