February 12, 20242 yr i cannot even remember if he was any good. Poor lad. Only 30 professional appearances to his name. We didn't really need to buy him. I am sure Todd & co. did their due diligence and watched a significant amount of you tube videos before signing him and we should trust in the project.

He was excellent against us for Southampton at the beginning of last season.

Wes Fofana also. Significant difference. Lavia earns £45K per week and is battling a muscular injury, that in all likelihood, seemed to have happened through errors from the clubs side (rushing him back in). Fofana is on £200K per week to which the club have paid more than half a million per appearance from him throughout his Chelsea career. He's also coming back from 2 career defining injuries that both alone are difficult to come back from 100%.

Different wages are always thrown about, but believe me Lavia will be on a lot more than that. Still not anywhere near Fofana but he defo is on at least £70-70k P/W.
February 17, 20242 yr I’m really looking forward to seeing if we play Lavia, Caicedo and Enzo in the same midfield towards the end of the season. From the few games I’ve seen Lavia play he’s probably the most natural 6 we have and could release the other 2
February 19, 20242 yr Yeah it was a quad tear. A bitch of an injury to recover from. Back early March.

As has been said before his injury record before joining us was not bad. I believe it was one of his first training sessions he got injured in, then the next training after his first apparence he did this tear. Lady luck not smiling on him.

Missed 10 games in his one full season he played, not exactly a good injury record.
March 27, 20242 yr I guess the "news" we were all expecting ... he is now confirmed by the club as missing the rest of the season .. :-(
March 27, 20242 yr Not surprised. Just waiting for the club to announce that Lesly will also miss the remainder of the season, for what should be a thorough investigation as to why those three (with Nkunku) have been out for so long.
March 27, 20242 yr He was injured when we bought him too. I'd love to know who sanctioned this signing. Awful business.

March 27, 20242 yr Another awful signing from the buffoons in charge. Never known a club to waste so much money for so little return. It's a crime
March 27, 20242 yr Setbacks, setbacks, setbacks. All of our injured players suffer setbacks once they are close to returning. Worrying
March 27, 20242 yr Lavia, Fofana, Nkuku, James. All basically missed the entire season. Chilwell, Ugochukque, Chukwuemeka, looking like missing half the season, at least. Crazy how this injury crisis just never ends. It's been going on for years now.
March 27, 20242 yr Gotta feel for the young lad, must be gutted to have been injured this long after signing. Quite sad to see so many fans slating him (mostly on social media), I`m pretty sure he doesnt want to be injured.
March 27, 20242 yr it won't get mentioned by the pundits it doesn't suit their agenda ...bet the 1BN spend does though
