I think there is a world class player in him but he’s never had the right service and players around him aren’t good enough really. I saw a glimpse where he did a few good passes with Felix, picture him playing with really good attackers, it would bring the best out of him.

I've cast my expert scouting eye over his youtube highlights and this is going to be a massive flop.

He looks slow, somewhat clumsy, and what he does in the Dutch league isn't going to work in the PL.

That injury record is the stuff of nightmares, especially for a 20 year old.

He's nowhere near ready for us, and he can't play 5 straight games without getting injured. 

He looks talented at times, but I don't think this one is going to work out.

I like to be optimistic, i have to agree though. Really not sure what we see in this guy, reminds me of Cuadrado with his dribbling, which certainly isn't a good thing for this league.

If it wasn’t already, this pretty much puts the nail in Hudson-Odoi’s Chelsea career.

I wouldn't pay attention, no matter who we sign a solid portion of people on here will be unhappy  

I just think after Pulisic, a Ziyech, Werner, Havertz, aubameyang, Lukaku can we really do any worse?

Surely it has to be better from now to on. Looking forward to see what he’s got to offer us!

Weird transfer and by the comments here we're in for major disappointment. I'd rather we invest that money in Olise who really plays like a proper talent at that Palace side and is not injured all the time.

You've obviously not seen @coco s first touch.

Don't much about him other than YouTube clips but he looks like someone who's prepared to take on and beat his man - something we lack imo.

I'm prepared to wait and see him in a blue shirt in the EPL before forming an opinion on him.
