It is about getting mudryk, madueke, Enzo Caicedo, jackson game time I do not agree. Game time for the sake of game time is stupid if the players are being asked to play in a manner which does not suit their skill set. It could even be counter productive, as they stop doing the things that made us want to buy them in the first place.
May 11, 20242 yr We need to be careful because even Bayern are struggling for a new manager. It’s not that easy

May 11, 20242 yr Dave;s first rule for choosing a new manage: Someone who has won a few things somewhere. Can be in lower leagues, with junior teams, at a national level or in one of the big leagues. But winning, hopefully more than once improves the chances of being able to translate that winning mentality elsewhere.

Now let's say we establish an identity, we play Amorim wingless 343 who suit most of our players. You don't want to convert MnM to a 10 as you said, both won't play and both will want to leave and we are absolutely screwed.

That would be quite a dramatic departure from Simeone. Do the directors assume Poch is a lunatic because he's Argentinian? Simeone: "João Félix pissed me off so much that I punched him in the face and made him bleed. But he didn't cry, so I know he's a real man, and then he scored twice in the next game. See, my methods work." Poch: "I gave Madueke an affectionate pat on the bum after he skied three shots into the MHU because I want him to feel loved. Also I keep a bowl of lemons on my desk because a shaman told me they bring good vibes." Edited May 11, 20242 yr by PloKoon13
May 11, 20242 yr I think Poch just power playing and trying to call their bluff. The fact that he keeps repeating it makes me think he’s after more control over transfers.
May 11, 20242 yr There’s been a lot of times this season I wanted him sacked but after 1 defeat in 12 games, you sort of feel like you want to give him another season. I don’t think he will ever be the manager to win us titles but I feel purely stability will do the players alot of good. Give them another season with Poch and let them grow as players, and when they are mature enough we can look at title winning managers.
May 11, 20242 yr I was going to stay off here in the hope we had turned a corner and Pochettino might actually earn a 2nd season here. Just seen his latest interview, and the balls this guy has now after 2.5 good performances is wild. Seems like he is trying to talk himself out of a job. On the cusp of salvaging the season, and then he throws in this disruption. Surely he should be answering any talk about his future like a politician. Only 3 games left, mert the minimum targets then play your hand. Poor judgement, and if we dont win all 3 games, no one is going to give 2 f**ks whether he is happy or unhappy.
May 11, 20242 yr He knows what he’s doing. I don’t think this season has hurt him overall if he gets sacked and he knows it. He would still walk into a good job in Europe or this league. Even though in our eyes he’s been poor on many occasions the ownership will take most of the heat and in my opinion rightfully so.
May 11, 20242 yr Yep - i said it a few pages ago, and before this latest run of outbursts. It feels like he is asking for the sack.
May 11, 20242 yr So if Bayern are struggling to get a manager what makes us think we will get anyone better than Poch for now?
May 11, 20242 yr Inexcusable. The fact we've had glimpses of great performances this season just makes these kinds of lazy, sloppy performances even worse. *edit* lol premature in a nice way. Still we're far too sloppy and it's hard not to point the finger at coaching. Edited May 11, 20242 yr by abigsmurf

May 11, 20242 yr Good subs today. Just underlines how having a stronger bench can be the difference between winning and losing. Also like the spirit of the team and squad. Jackson was rubbish today but I did like him jumping into the supporters to celebrate his winner and I also loved how Disasi was celebrating, despite not getting any minutes lately.

May 11, 20242 yr “Laurence Stewart, Behdad Eghbali & Paul Winstanley at the City ground.“ Im sure that will strengthen his position
