Madueke might not have set the game alight but my God he looks diamond compared to Sterling so far.

He's a central defender. He's only playing LB ( which he is no good at)because of injuries

Ben White at Arsenal is horrid at full back and he'd be rotating with Saliba had Timber not get injured. 

Dan Burn is also pretty poor at full back as well. 

I am not saying being a world beater but still able to do a decent job there. Sergio Ramos, Maldini, even Azpilicueta played CB and both full back roles.

The issue I have with Colwill so far are the instances where he falls short on basic defending, regardless of position.

Not for me.

I'd rather get thrashed by Pool or Fulham than get beat over 2 legs in a semi to a championship team with more than half their squad out injured.

If we can't get past this Boro side it's a new low.

What is he waiting for? Make some changes dammit. 
 

Poch has been as out of his depth as the players, and I was one of his biggest supporters when he signed.
