I think, in his time with us, that he's been a wonderful addition to the squad. Always acted as a true professional, played the game as if he enjoyed just being on the pitch with a smile of his face, and contributed some really meaningful goals and assists in clutch moments for the club. He joined us in the twilight of his career, but was always a real pro and I think the club benefitted from having him here. Hope he sees out his career in  good way at Roma and he'll be fondly remembered, at least by me, for his contributions at the club. The lad has won literally every competition in world football at least once, which is how you can tell he's a top top player, cheers Pedro, and thanks for your time at Chelsea!

I cant really add much to that, perfectly summed up his time with us. As you say a top class professional and I`m sure he will have benefited the young players having him here as a great role model for them.

We will miss Pedro. Glad he still has that 2-3 seasons of top football in him. Roma is a great city and team for him to sign off world football.

His professionalism and attitude towards football is something young players can look at and hopefully realize it is not about me but us.

When I think about his contributions for us I remember the cooky breakthrough against Liverpool which he didn't score, his titlewinning thunderbolt against Everton, the early poachertype goal against Manu in that 4-0 win.

Pedro brought us that Barcelona type short passing culture and especially with Sarri he had a chance to mentor younger lads how to really do it.

Never vocal but the small things in training ground and his leadership in big matches were key to his success in Chelsea.

Thank you Pedro and all the best!

Amazing player. Very underrated yet has won everything there is. Proven himself in Spain and England.

Very proud of what he has accompljshed with us and seems very humble. Despite winning everything, he never once acted like a Pogba or Depay or any of the huge egos associated with footballers.

What I like the most is he was a part of the greatest club side ever at his lifelong club yet still came here like he had something extra to prove.

Many players would not have been able to motivate themselves after such accomplishments, some may have even phoned it in on purpose.

Pedro in 16/17, Conte's first season was one of the best players I've seen in a Chelsea shirt, amazing season he had then, not even being hyperbolic. I would wager he was our best player that season, even better than Hazard and Kante.

Why do I love former Arsenal and Barcelona players so much, something's wrong with me? Nah, they are just too freaking great individuals

Once a blue, always a blue.

Candidate for best pre-season goal in Chelsea history. Pedro scored some absolutely vital goals for us, and some belters. He's been a great servant, and while he used to annoy the hell out of me at times with his sloppy passing, his attitude and energy on the pitch were exemplary.

Hope he has a great time in Rome.
