Not a big suprise after looking at Willian loosing the ball for 75 minutes. We are a completley different team with Hazard, Fabregas and 3-5-1-1 formation. Instead of loosing the ball 95% of the time we hold onto it in the final third and play amazing football.

Great win. Morata hatrick, Willian not so good. Fab and Hazard look good. Great win could have been more. Onwards and upwards.

Morata outstanding. Fabregas excellent in this situation. Willian however very disappointing, lost the ball frequently. Bakyoko, fabregas Kante Morata and hazardv are a good front five. 

A little too much Stoke possession in the first half, but we were very clinical when opportunities arose. Back three held strong and look good. I am seeing a good bit of depth developing. Consider all the time missed with the reds we have had. Took it to another gear with Cesc and Hazard. Morata, just beautiful!!

Well Morata has certainly hit the ground running. 

Great away performance, solid at the back. Christensen and Rudiger just slot in so easily. 

Great finish to the game. Alonso should really look into himself, needs to keep his head in times like that. 

Crouch red was certain but had Mike Dean not wave Alonso for his red, more case can be made for it.

Morata great hattrick and against Stoke away at that. It's not our fault that Stoke doesn't have all CBs fit as that's their job not ours. 

 

That's why we're champions.

I think going forward id prefer a 352 with hazard off morata. 

Willian is such a frustrating player. 

Courtois' body flailing wildly is quite a sight.

I do really like our CB options. Rudiger and Christensen impress me every time.

Dave is love, Dave is life. Not content with being the best defender the world has ever seen, he's adding assists, specifically, Morata assists to his repertoire.

Kante is a little beast.

Pedro was quiet but still finished beautifully.

Fabregas and Hazard came on and exploited the weak Stoke defence perfectly.

Morata scored a hattrick, two of which were high quality finishes.

 

Bakayoko was very hit and miss tonight.

Alonso was a mess.

Willian was sloppy almost every time.

Cahill and Moses also played.

Fantastic win against a difficult team. Rudiger and Christensen wonderful again. Azpi with ( now) his usual flawless performance, deserves the armband. Haz is ready for Atletico.

On the negatives, Willian had a day to forget, Alonso not so good and almost let us in 10 men. 

All in all a fantastic day for Chelsea !!

We can now conveniently say Christensen has earned his place in the first team. We have an academy player now promoted. He is unbelievably calm on ball.

The moment Hazard came things just changed.  I love it!!!  The attention Hazard draws from defenders, classic!  I love it

A very good win that. Not a great performance overall but who cares when you can win 4-0 ? the last 20 minutes we totally dominated though and Fabregas and Hazard were top class. Conte set us up to counter Stoke today and it worked.

Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Christensen and Morata were great. I expect Rudiger to be ahead of Cahill from now on and Luiz needs to watch his back too, Christensen is playing really well and is possibly an all round better defender than Luiz. He's comfortable on the ball too which helps his case a lot. I love this competition at the back that we have this season.

Willian is starting to worry me though, his end product has never been great but it seems to have gotten worse and he's now doing something he never used to do, he keeps losing possession in dangerous areas. Willian used to be the most reliable player to bring the ball out of defence and get us attacking again, lately though he just miss controls or stumbles on the ball. A lot of pundits say Willian should be starting most games and they couldn't understand why he wasn't one of Conte's main 11 last season, well this is why. They should watch Willian a bit more closely instead of watching highlights and maybe they would understand why Conte prefers Pedro ahead of him.
