Amazing introduction of Lukaku. Can’t believe there were people that didn’t want us to buy a striker this summer and wanted us to continue with our same forwards.

Alonso again brilliant. He has not had problems in our own end so far. In the attack again instrumental. 

Reece James great with Lukaku. 

Only Jorginho is in trouble. 

Superb attacking play when we go direct to Lukaku. Shocking defensive play from our midfield though, wide open, Jorginho and Kovacic just jogging around.

Good half but our defending showed lapses of concentration. 

It is funny how our offense looks completely different with a no 9 who want to stay middle. 

We have two problem, james need to be aware of what is behind him and Jorginho is struggling big time. Offensively it is all kova who does the ball progression, with the way arsenal attack us Jorginho didn't have the speed to cover ground whatsoever. 

Everyone playing well that's the Lukaku effect. Werner can come in for Mount/Kai after min 65' and that's that, maybe CHO and Kante in the midfield.

I'm watching it on the radio too , it's nerve wracking !

Lukaku, nice goal and good hold up play. Shout out to James for that assist.

Second goal, a shout out to Alonso for keeping that move going and a cool finish by James.

Thought maybe James had conceded a penalty.

Thought playing a 4-5-1 Arsenal looked dangerous at times though lack a final ball.

Should be a good second half.

Attack has looked good though.  They are scared of Lukaku.  Jame's goal was a direct result of how much attention Lukaku was getting from the defense opening things up for other players.

He's an Arsenal player that just tried to win a penalty by throwing himself to the floor, of course they are going to boo him.

But I prefer Ziyech to Mason Mount. And then, later, Chillwell should come in for Alonso, then maybe get one more midfielder for squad depth, then we are ok.

Jorginho having one of his off games. He’s being closely followed so can’t get involved in our build up, and he is defensively suspect losing constantly the position and being easily bypassed. That’s where he suffers and we need a cover for this type of games. Otherwise, we’ve been very good going forward and having Lukaku has made a difference. James has been fantastic going forward, not helping much Azpi in the defensive duties and lucky not to get a penalty given for his tackle on Saka. Alonso so far has been good and Kovacic working well for two bringing the ball forward and defensively ok. We need to keep the intensity because they’ve had chances once we go to easy mode.

Mostly good, though were losing a bit of the control towards the end of the first half. Need to make sure they don't get an early 2nd half goal, and regain control. Maybe bring Ziyech on in a bit.

Got to say Tierney the ref. is one of the better ones...saw the dive by Saka and laughed...

On the Saka booing, like many others I feel it's no problem at all, as long as it doesn't cross the line. 

Regardless of his age or overall quality, he's Arsenal star player, so if there's anyone we should be booing it's him. No point trying to destabilise Xhaka or a scrub like Holding (well, now we do have reason after that tackle).
