Its all just so weird, how sh*t must your life have to be to decide to go on a rival clubs forum and pretend to be "one of them" and try and post normal opinions, until they are inevitably caught writting moronic sh*te.

To do it once is pathetic, to keep doing it time after time is borderline sociopathic.

Just hope he f**ks off to another Chelsea ‘inactive shell’, could do without the games!

I think it’s just the internet these days, there is definitely a few others here of the same! That name we mentioned the other day is for sure another strange one! I bet they are all over the Arsenal, Man Utd, West Ham etc forums too and just jump between each flaming members as much as possible!

I think it was Axman I was taking to a while back and we had a chuckle, that 2 people were fighting over playing Pulisic in his thread, neither were actually Chelsea fans!  Madness!

It’s highly unlikely Sterling will be going anywhere in the transfer window.

With that in mind a level of support for the players who pull on the jersey each week would be the best option surely? I get that some people want to criticise individuals but it very very rarely helps.

Sterling has 100% been poor these last few months but earlier in the season he was one of our better players.

I think he’ll improve massively when we have a proper striker up front.

Here’s hoping anyway.

It's not about his level of performance.

It's about him playing for himself and not the team.

Taking the ball off our penalty taker so he can have a 50% chance of scoring it, has nothing to do with his performance. It is everything to do with him only thinking about himself.

he will improve if he passes to the striker .. which he won't most of the time..........and when he does try it usually goes to the opposition (sadly)

Pat Nevin apparently posted some interesting insight in regards to the Sterling boos, indicating that supporters may well be unaware of just how important Sterling is to some of the younger players. When Pat was starting at Chelsea there was one such older player (Tony McAndrew) who wasn't that popular with us fans, but played a vital part in helping younger members of the squad.

Based on some of the post-match comments from players like Noni, I suspect that Sterling is held in high regard by a number of our younger players. While he is unlikely to become a fan favorite, it would be nice to think fans didn't just choose to take out their frustrations by booing him. I don't really think that will help the team in any way.

If Sterling is such a major positive influence on the young players give him a coaching role.

Just don't play him.

or give in 10 minutes, we can tell in the first 5 minutes if he is up for it or not.

Exactly this.

Someone pin this post to the front of the site. A textbook example of the plastic Internet fan.

Someone who's never been to a game posting online about his "high level football career" plenty of ad hominems and he's delusional enough to think  "The best players in the world only continued to perform because they got booed once when they missed a chance and that players only miss penalties due to a lack of motivation"

Surprised clubs haven't told supporters who go to games that they shouldn't be cheering on the team, they should be booing every player who makes a mistake because @Ukraine Bolt said so online, sure he's never actually been to a game, has no football knowledge and comes across as a moron but he played at a "much higher level" on his school sports day so he knows the game...

I hope by the time you save up enough money to go to the Bridge for the first time you've learnt the meaning of the word support or at least understand booing players doesn't magically erase mistakes or make them better.

You may have been jeered by the customers last time you burnt the fries but your shift manager didn't join in.  There's a lesson for you about supporting your own there.

What a f**king prick you are.

Has to be a talking point amongst the directors as one to be sold and free up wages for a player that actually deserves it. Horrible, selfish player.

As @Term_X stated, his face will forever remind us of our banter era.

Oh for sure, he will be one of the poster boys of the banter era, when we look back (hopefully look back when times are better).

Irredeemable, Pep cast off, only looking out for himself. As soon as he started chatting about being top goal scorer in pre-season, the writing was on the wall. Just another post-Ferguson United type signing. Only 3 more years of this! I can’t see a Saudi move as he’s just not that marketable outside of the UK.

Misses a sitter.....smiles. Where's the anger from this lot? They should be livid with themselves. But no, they will take their unearned money, go on social media, fake apologise and just go about not giving a sh*t about the club or the fans.

When Sterling is the most experienced player and the one to look up to, then you should be worried.

Quality assist that saved us from losing. If only the crap south americans in midfield could show up with one of those once in a while we may have been a littlebit better off.

One little flick and you think it was genius. Nothing about another open goal.

The thing is I know if Potter had brought him instead of Tuchel. You'd be his biggest critic!

£350,000 for 1 flick, what a way to steal a living.

It's amazing how many clear cut chances he has missed this season. Just like Jackson, his overall goal + assists stats wasn't terrible, but a proven EPL attacker should have done a lot better.

That is the story of his career though; If Boehly/Tuchel were looking for a game changer he isn’t that player. For the wages he is on he needs to putting up Salah/Saka/Son numbers; 20+ contributions (G+A) which he is never going to put up. He is a 10+ (G+A) player.

If our other attackers could play as badly and still get an assist or a goal we would be in a much better position. I'm not going to get his back too much about the open goal, it happens.
