No reports of injury. Possibly a case of Pochettino giving the youth an outing.

Well nearly the whole squad got minutes, just concerned he may not be actually cutting it with Mo?

My take too. Seen enough of Mudryk to know he's got what it takes, and wanting to see more of Angelo Gabriel and Moreira to see if one of them is good enough to make spending £££ on Kudus or Olise un-necessary. Looking like Angelo might have impressed him enough as well !

Boy when he came on for Nkunku, although not massively involved, he was electric, you can see he is going to be a fantastic baller, Pochettino must be thinking I get to hone another ‘Son Hueng-min’, and what a player he is,  his play has come on massively under Pochettino, well his confidence is high, and he’s making great runs, his skill set reminds me of a younger CR7

He looks like he'll bottle away easy wins, even when Jackson ran the whole counter he choked and lost control as soon as Allison went forward. I'm starting to think he doesn't have what it takes.

Jury is still out, he looks to have filled out in the gym and built his upper body strength, so far i am disappointed he hasn’t shown any nous for finishing.

One chance and you expect perfection, he's young and like Jackson desperate for that first competetive league goal. Once it comes. both will settle down more. For gods sake give them a chance. They will eventually terrorise the opposition.

He’s been here over a year and so far he hasn’t shown he’s a finisher or creator, i know it’s early still in this new era, but the fact is he hasn’t shown much so far.

It's not one chance though, he's been here since January and he hasn't shown anything since his debut. Of course nobody is giving up on him yet, but he needs to give us something that actually shows he has potential.

Over a year???? What Calender are you working to!

Just needs to slow down sometimes. You can't do everything at 100 miles an hour.

This is also true, I hope someone shows him the footage of Werner and he understands that he needs to chill out a bit.

Feel like he won’t ever get a run of games to actually build on to anything.

Not fair. This is the first game of the season. There was news that Poch changed the formation and took Mudryk out last minute when he saw Liverpool's lineup and formation. I'm almost sure he'll start the next game.

Hope you’re right.

Would that even be possible without using a sub? Unless he somehow got wind of Liverpool's team before it was time to officially register to the officials.

That's probably the case, if the rumours are true.

Schurlle/Werner

Needs a run of games before we can judge him, Poch mentioned that he wanted to play a 4231 in his post match interview. With the Sterling/James link up on the right then I think he should be nailed on for that left.

I still think apart from Enzo he has the highest potential in our squad. If we get him confident then defenders will have a huge problem on their hands.

We also forget a lot of our players are on like 8 year contracts, we can't write them off after a few games now haha.
