April 4, 20233 yr Half time. We look okay. Weren't in trouble par last chance for Liverpool. We should have 2 goals. A team with confidence would have put this game to bed already.
April 4, 20233 yr Havertz off please, the kid is shot to bits confidence wise, he needs to be dropped.
April 4, 20233 yr The usual disappointing end to a half. Liverpool have been as sh*te as they were at Anfield, but our lot are such pussies in front of goal.

April 4, 20233 yr There we go, decent football, horrendous finishing and no target man, miss loads of chances and let the other side get better and better. This Liverpool side are absolutely appalling and aren't even playing some of their best players and they have finished that half better than us.
April 4, 20233 yr We haven't seen a Chelsea midfielder win tackles and drive us forward like Kante did in that 45 minutes since, well the last time Kante was fit. Kovavic, RLC, Mount and dearly departed Jorginho should be watching that and realising how little they have done/did in a blue shirt this season. James excellent and Felix very bright..until he has to score. Havertz, on the other hand, it's times like this I'd welcome a rise of a right wing German leader who brings back conscription.

We have carved them open repeatedly and had several clear cut chances that should have been converted by any half decent finisher. None of our players are proper strikers. Bringing a winger on won't change that.
April 4, 20233 yr Missed the first half due to work commitments... sounds like i didn't miss much apart form Havertz still living off his champions league goal. Line up seems odd to me, haven't had a chance to look back and see what you all thought of it.

But we all know what Charity FC is going to do in the second half. Has more and more of an inevitable air about it the longer it goes on.
April 4, 20233 yr To be honest, a very good football in the first half. High tempo in offensive play of both teams, I believe we were better in this half, only if we had a proper striker to finish those chances and make an impact of a striker. I like the midfield of Kovacic, Enzo and Kante, we're missing creativity but we do have an advantage in the game. If Kante can play full game, then I'd take Kova out and put Sterling and Mudryk in. The tempo of the game and counter attacks are perfect for them. COME ON CHELS!!
April 4, 20233 yr Awful half. Yes, we created a couple of chances that we should have scored, but they look shot of confidence, and everything feels mechanical. No natural play in the team, everything being thought about, taking split seconds too long. Liverpool are here for the taking - literally their b team. Of course, charity FC are sh*tting our bed with tippy tappy shots rather than putting our laces through the ball and continuing to give the ball away too easily whilst making so many mistakes. Koulibally is awful still. Nothing Havertz tries comes off. Felix silky smooth, great touch and control - but no end product. Kante looks good - great to see him back.
