Worst decision in my life time regarding football. 

They should never have been awarded the World Cup in the first place based on their appalling human rights record. We were then told all stadiums would be fully air conditioned (which was a big selling point of the bidding process), that's now not true so they're taking the unprecedented steps of moving the World Cup to the winter to give the players a fighting chance of playing in conditions that won't cause them health issues. 

So now you've got the biggest leagues in the world grinding to a halt halfway through for a World Cup which is going to impact, I think it was four seasons with them starting earlier or later as a consequence of the winter break they'll all be taking in 2022. 

The whole thing makes little to no sense and the amount of disruption it's going to cause and the problems clubs will have because of it, makes no sense to me at all. 

Rumour is that when he returns for pre-season training Hazard is to be offered a new contract in excess of £300k a week and the club captaincy.

I went Qatar a few years ago and unless they add significant roadways and public transport there is just no way possible it would work. A trip to the shopping centre from where i was staying should take 10 minutes but instead took an hour at the quickest time (i went every day), add a serious wedge of support from 32 countries and god knows who else it's going to be absolute chaos.

I reckon CHO would be happy looking at that photo. Its not quite a gut in the sense that I have one but it doesn’t look like he’s in condition to play a full 90 premier league min. Would love to see the CHO get some mins in premier league and chance to prove himself.

Can't see how he can lose that much conditioning in a couple of weeks...saying that he's never been a six pack type of player...he doesn't need to be...

Strange that everyone was fine using Higuain's weight as a reason not to go after him but no one ever mentions Hazard's weight. Always been a chubby lad.

I don't have any problem with this picture. It shows nothing but dogs**t. You can see the most  normal physique for a football player - strong enough not to be like Morata, but not a bodybuilder like Mika Richards or Lukaku, so he can switches the directions and dribble through oponents easily. Everybody that leans down under the sunlight will look exactly this way. this is not a Costa or Mata's scenario. You can even see a slight mark of 4 pack abs on the picture above, he is just not e selfie bastard and prefers to be with his children rather than posing for the press.

You would think that if you have a new manager you would want to come back on time/even a day or two early and certainly in shape. Not ask for an extra day off and return a little chubby. Maybe that just the way I think.

Have to agree tbh. Seems a few of our main players are not exactly showing him/the club enough respect. I know we have a game today but you earn 200k a week, get yourself in the gym the day your contract states lad.

Better still, perhaps go watch your teammates at Wembley. This is perhaps where we’re missing the likes of terry most these days.

To be honest I think he deserves an extended break. Last summer he was in rehabilitation for that broken ankle, he has gone 2 years without a real break.

Why would you think that? He's our best player if there is someone that has proven his quality that's him, and please not every footballer needs to look like Cristiano Ronaldo either.

Almost zero pre-season for Eden then, might not see him up to speed until September.

So much of that can be in the camera angle... even fitness models get a little roll-over when they are curving forward like that... the least of my concerns with Hazard is fitness...
