Willian

William is a fighter. People doubted him last season but I had a feeling he will massively improve his game.

He has a great attitude, he doesn't give up easily and that's what makes him great.

I have had my doubts about his abilities but to his credit he is starting to show his worth. Still would have bought sanchez over him with that 30+ million.

Just seen a brief interview with him on the beeb, such a focussed, positive little chappy; like him even more.

He's aiming for top 4, let's hope it's infectious.

I love the lad, don't get me wrong, but his crosses have been woeful lately. His form's clearly worse than a month ago. I hope he'll bounce back and put some pressure on the PSG defenders.

We certainly made it very difficult for him. Just look at how deep he usually collect the ball in our own half, by the time he managed to get past 2-3 players, he's still around half way line. Tracking back to help out poor Ivanovic hasn't helped either. I have no complain about his form, can't expect him to score a FK every second game.

He was the worst player for us on Sunday. I think fatigue is behind his poor form recently because I can't remember him sitting out any match this season when Jose was still in charge. The Pato deal is now looking like a good move

Where is the love people.

By far and away are best attacking player this season.

Always been a massive fan but even his mother couldn't be blind to that fact he wasn't getting on the end of things. That he needed to add a bit more end product to his game and he has certainly upped in with a few more goals but now he's even making runs in tot he 6 yard box to get the tap ins!!  This latest improvement has to be put down to Gus

For all the players who under-performed at the start of the season and came back with KFC grease on their lips, it's easy to forget that Willian has taken HUGE strides forward as a player. He always had the workrate but he's really added an end-product to his game and when you think about it, he's probably one of the best players around at the moment. I wasn't sure if he had it in him but he's really shown all the doubters. Under Jose he was the one carrying the team at times and it's nice a few have decided to step-up and help him out now.

My player of the season for us so far.

Been a constant threat to our oppositions this season. When he isn't scoring goals, he'd make that up with assists or set up a chance for his teammates with his runs.

His finishing, passing and decision-making have improved by leaps and bounds since last season. Obviously, these improvements have a positive impact on his confidence and his form shows it.

Here's hoping there'll be many more of such performances to come from him.

Well done, Willian  ::clap2::

He HAS to win our player of the year award. Not much competition mind, but he really has been the stand-out performer. His goal against City showed he's improving his finishing too, a well placed shot nestled right in the corner.

He'll win it, he's the only one who has been consistent. Into double figures for goals this season now. End product was the main thing from his game that was missing, he's now added more of it to his game now though. Hopefully it continues.

Fantastic season,

Shown great consistency and addded a real threat in the final third that was missing. Hopefully it continues, should be the first name picked on the team sheet next season!
