Been a top debut so far

Great start. Hopefully he can keep it up and in the process take the pressure off Hazard.

The thing I loved about Pedro was his directness. We haven't had that in a long time!

The boy is different class, I don't think it's any coincidence that Hazard looked the best he has this season when the team had something to worry about down the opposite side

Brilliant performance finally looks as if we have that right side sorted which takes pressure off Hazard, Hopefully more great performances from Pedro to come.

Yeah, thought so too. He did actually better than expected, he looked lively and a potential threat all the time. Given he didn't have much time to train with the team his understanding with the others was already brilliant.

Didn't expect him to fire on all cylinders from the first game - it's important to have another goal threat especially with Willian in the side. 

Brilliant start. More quality in one game than Cuadrado has shown in six months. I remember thinking when Mata debuted 'this guy's got something'. Had the same feeling today.

He will get chided for giving too much space to allow the ball that led to JTs sending off but it was a good first up showing.

the defenders were just as worried about pedro as they were about hazard, and that's exactly what we needed. with the defence and midfield having to worry about threats both right and left, it gives willian, fabregas and more importantly costa plenty of space to operate in

But....but...but Jose hates Spanish players. 

I think he'll be even better when Oscar comes back.

 

Great performance today. I know it's early days, and this was West Brom (not that we can take anyone lightly the way we've been playing), but he's a much better dribbler than I thought he was. As someone who wasn't initially keen on him, I hope he keeps proving me emphatically wrong.

Looked great out there. Can't wait to see what he has to show for next week against Palace, with another week of training with the first team.
