This performance was hard to watch - yes lots of possession but no speed in the attack. You can't score by passing back all the time. It is as if they have no idea where to play the ball. What happened to the exciting team 2 seasons ago that terrorised defences? Trying to walk the ball into the goal is like a blind man threading a needle!

Cant sack Sarri yet, he may have a system and tactics but doesn’t have control on the players decisions and movement every second of the game. These players should have the skill and brains to create and defend in every game.

Only thing is Richard and I'm no master tactician, but switching Kante to his rightful position would solve one problem, and then we build from there, but this clown can't even see that. But players need to take a huge amount of responsibility, but I bet when we turn up at the bridge Saturday it will be same old side and same old sh*t. If this bloke has anything about him, he must make huge changes to the side.

Fighting for the shirt is not enough.  We need a game plan, preferably a few game plans. 

At the moment Sarri shows a scary level of unpreparedness for every game - without a slightest clue on how to attack or how to defend.

I honestly have not seen in the entire season so far that we target certain opposition players to influence their pattern of game or explore certain weaknesses in opposition.  I do not see any rehearsed passing or corner kicks, no purposeful interchanges and no runs.  Sarri is just playing a slot machine in hope that if you throw enough coins in you might get lucky and win £1 - whoopee!

First time we have lost 3 away games on the bounce since Ranieri.

Howe has done this to us a few times now, this time he had it easy, we were so high up the pitch, they just had to wait for us to start getting desperate, and then they would be rewarded with space behind us to attack in the second half when our possession game becomes stagnant.

Needs to take out Jorginho now, and have Kante deepest. Anything else and I wouldn’t feel sorry for him.

basically to beat us is by sitting back and wait until possession is lost and break on the counter

I’m not saying play all the U23’s but get the ones with high potential in. They honestly can’t be worse. Look at Ake, totally outclassed our whole team.

In years gone by I would have been devastated by this result, but the sad thing is I barely even care, we all knew what was going to happen when we went behind. This squad downs told at the slightest sign of trouble and very few of them are fit  to wear the shirt.

Have to agree that when you get embarrassed like that tonight would our kids do any worse? We have been blessed over the last 15 years with a core that bought into the club and wanted to succeed for Chelsea and for their team mates. The way these boys throw the towel in would indicate they are cut from the same cloth. It's tough for a manager to build a solid core though, because within 2 years he's replaced and unfortunately these players no they will outlast the manager. 

Build a core that stick together, have leadership, character and a desire to win.

I just can't see Jorginho's value in any game we play against a counter attacking side.

Teams have figured it out. Sit deep and counter. We have no cutting edge from midfield. There isn't a goal threat in midfield and the full backs cant perform miracles with one aerial threat in the box.

Counter attacks are lethal as Jorginho has no positional awareness defensively, nor does he have the pace/drive to catch players breaking through. Luiz can't defend on the back track, and at least one winger won't track back.

The most major flaw is Jorginho for me, and its an obvious swap for Kante. Have him in the hole to protect the space, and allow Luiz the freedom to step forward and playmake from the back. Introduce Loftus Cheek or Barkley as the box to box midfielder, and show faith in Hudson Odoi in the first team over Pedro/Willian.

Big reaction needed (again) and we need to see changes, or Sarri's going to be under a lot of pressure. Wouldn't be the first manager to dig his heels in over an unpopular tactical choice, hope he's prepared to try something different.

Jorginho is nothing but a wages thief. Gives us absolutely nothing in stack or defence. He HAS to be dropped  right away.

I disagree.  For example, CHO handed in a request for transfer.  Does he give a f**k about Chelsea?  He is only 18, but already cares more about himself than the club.  So, it has become a norm today whether you like it or not.  How do you get the best out of players and set them up to succeed - that is entirely up to the manager.  We are all motivated by money, but we also reciprocate in good attitude when our skills are used properly and sensibly.

I think a part of why we are so angry is we literally saw Bournemouth undo us the way we use to undo the likes of Bayern, Barcelona et al....... even some of the players still in the squad were part of that..... and yet we fell for it harder than you can believe by a team that has no where the quality that our team did we when played like that.

I wasn't being facetious, it was a genuine point. If you rank each of our starting 11 players against the rest of the league for each of the positions I would expect us, in the main, to have an overall average of 7th - 9th best in the division for each player. Ergo if 80% of our players are ranking at about 8th in the league it is fair to assume that will be where we end up.

As much as I loved our golden generation that apparent link they had directly to Roman always irked me. That should never be the case that players have a link to the senior management effectively bypassing the manager. I don’t think we’ve ever shaken the tag or mentality that players can get the manager sacked if they down tools enough.

I'm starting to think that our players need someone like Zola or Frankie as a manager. Someone like Zidane when he went to Real Madrid and suddenly all the players connected with the legend and gave all they had in them every game. Sarri has this tactic, maybe lacks a player but the bottom line is that he either refuses to see or doesn't want to deal with the holes of the gameplay he wants the players to embrace.

He said in the last press when asked, how can he help Hudson-Odoi so that he wishes to stay in Chelsea, he said that he can't do anything, that there is nothing he can do about it, that looks like he doesn't want to deal with the players and just expects them to do their part of the job as professionals.

The boardroom won't suffer but the fans, the players and Sarri will suffer a lot more.

Me and my two lads were watching on TV, and my boys were moaning and f and blinding but I sat there not really even twitching, sad to say but my Chelsea these days is just a jolly at the match and a few beers, I will be there Saturday, and to be fair can't wait as it's my release from the stress and strains of life. Maybe it's an age thing
