We need some proper Chelsea people back in the key roles at the club ... Lamps, JT, Jody, Steve Holland would do for starters ... maybe even Ballack as Director of Football ... I think he has the footballing and general intelligence for the role. Certainly much more qualified than Marina.

Not sure why Roman isn't interested, as surely much more of this and his asset value really starts to tank ...

The biggest joke is a lack of DoF. That's led us to a sh*te tired squad that can't be arsed.

Unfortunately my support for Sarri is now below 50% simply because we just look devoid of ideas attacking Barkley looked brilliant in the week on international duty now today not so good and the reason seems to be the Manager

What about his miss in stoppage time? Also down to Sarri?

Was trying to hold off on my vote until the end of  season.  But we just seem to be going backwards under his management it's just the same thing over and over with him being so stubborn to not try slight changes . So out for me

I've been defending him for a long time, however at some point, the defensible becomes indefensible. Sarri is even more stubborn than Wenger and I don't believe he is the man to take us forward. The fact that were 3/4 through the season and he is still playing players that have some of the worst form this season is beyond ridiculous.

Have never hated a manager so much in my 30 odd years supporting Chelsea, he is never going to change do we honestly think it will get better? I just have to look at his face and there's an instant hatred.

Like I said before it's not healthy for anybody at the club to have such a hated manager in charge, was absolute utter dross today.

It's difficult isn't it, I'm with you here.

It annoyed me how after our performances against City and Spurs we went straight back to square one...

We need to keep faith with Sarri and let him spend the money we get this summer for Hazard, Christensen and CHO. Then he can get in more players like Jorginho and Higuain to realise his vision of fast paced attacking football and make us one of the top teams in Europe.

Zola is not an answer, even as a temporary solution.

Steve Holland is a safe pair of hands, get him till the end of the season. Sarri is hopeless, it's been obvious for months now. You have to be either clinically insane or into masochism to still support him.

I agree get him out, give Zola the last few games and play a formation that suits these players. Use the time to identify the next manager and back room staff.

A hard no to Zola.

If Sarri goes then get rid of Zola too. I have no faith that he is offering anything

Sarri has consistently NOT done everything he could do to win games this season, from lineups, to substitutions, to tactics, to man management.

There is enough evidence over 31 matches to believe that Sarri is out of his element and not showing any signs of adapting to the differences in the Premier League.  This is the most boring football I've seen us play for a long time.  Six touches in the opposing box in the first 45 minutes.  The players play as if Sarri has told them the most important thing is the possession percentage and the number of passes.  There is zero energetic urgency to score goals or win games.  I kept waiting for someone to put in a 50-50 tackle today.

I haven't seen a single positive quality I can point to that makes me think next season will be any better.

And I don't have any confidence in the board to provide anything but sub standard players.  Is Pulisic any more than a younger version of Willian or Pedro?  Will he give us more than a Hazard or a Hudson-Odoi?  Is he any more a "Sarri type" player than what we already have?  We can't play all the wide players we have now, so we go buy another wide player when we need strikers, defenders, and leaders.  Instead, we buy a player to increase our commercial viability in the United States.  Our Commercial Director seems to have the influence that should be given to a Director Of Football.  How soon until we buy a player from China?

Hello, Roman?  Roman?  Are you watching?  We need you.....

After today i'm afraid I've u-turned to the Sarri out camp..
I'm sick to death at watching us pass the ball at a pedestrian pace in the middle third, only not to create a chance, and be opened up on the few counters.
The three players it appears Sarri has brought in have all been poor, both Higuain and Jorgihno both look completely off the prem pace, and Kovacic is a total waste of a place.
His persistence with the same players failing week in week out has gone from baffling to utter bewilderment, and I for one would be happy to see him gone tomorrow.

Unless he conjures up a Europa League trophy or 4th place I'd expect him to be shown the door at the end of the season. The club needs CL football to be sustainable, our sponsorships will no doubt carry penalty clauses for failing to achieve this on top of the lack of revenue the competition brings, simply put this will have been the minimum objective this year.'His' football to be honest is dire, a total lack of entertainment and having now appeared to have lost the faith of the match going public, the inevitable sack is on the horizon...managers very rarely survive this!

We are easy to play against.  Teams sit back, pressure the ball, and wait for us to give the ball away or hit an errant pass.  Then take advantage of a shaky defense and mentality to hit us.  And for some unexplained reason, Sarri believes it will all change and be better in the next match, even though his lineup and tactics are the same.

I think he proved his point by winning the FA cup, I don't believe that he threw away the league campaign at all.
Pochetino is similar to Sarri, never won anything, never going to complain to the people that hired him.
Pochetino haven't won anything yet, but he is miles better than Sarri will ever be.
And I agree with you about Conte.
If even prefer the 6-0 to that game last season despite the difference in the score.
As hugely embarrassing as the 6-0 was we atleast got embarrassed while trying to get a result, the humiliation of the previous game at The Ethiad was more than just the score, we were literally going there to keep the score down.
Are you related to Sarri?
Short answer: Out
Long answer: Piss off you inept chain-smoking fraud of an italian that has managed to turn us into a laughing-stock in 8 months while playing the most dull, brutally God awful football i have ever seen at this club. I'd pay for three seats to Naples from Heathrow myself if he, Jorginho and Higuain disappeared and never came back today. Bye bye.
Trust me, a new manager will come in and get the best out Jorginho

What is the best of Jorginho? I don't see how he suited to the PL at all. He doesn't have any pace or any strength, his passing isn't even that good.

We need to keep faith with Sarri and let him spend the money we get this summer for Hazard, Christensen and CHO. Then he can get in more players like Jorginho and Higuain to realise his vision of fast paced attacking football and make us one of the top teams in Europe.
