I don't slag him off on the forum either because i'm not a child. I'll be flying to Prague in 6 days and spending hundreds of £'s of my wages to SUPPORT my team and manager, mate. We should meet up for a pint before the game, bet there's some lovely Czech beers.

Thought you were going to Prague mate.

His first season whilst trying to completely overhaul our game. Sarri in for me still.

In arguably a stronger overall league than previous years... I do tend to agree, while yes there have been frustrating moments when his ideas click its works well, bearing in mind he had a world cup "player hangover" and no preseason I would like to give him a proper summer to work on the ideas... yes he took too long to show adaptability but he has now and we should credit that.

Not even if it's going to be worth more in years to come ? The 96 away shirt goes for £200 at the moment, plenty of other CFC shirts from 80s 90s in the same price bracket.

Gutted.  4 years ago I made a life changing move and during the clear out I donated 8 Chelsea shirts from the 80's and 90's to a charity shop.

You should be even more proud now. Well done.::clap2::

Well after 4 wins on the trot and handing RLC and CHO starts, things are finally looking up. If we keep this going for the rest of the season then I’m Sarri in.

Only question I have is why did it take him so long?

Strikes me as a little bit of a hand being forced kind of situation, the fans start kicking up a fuss (rightly so), it gets around in the media a lot- the England start for CHO etc.. I bet he was either spoken to and told 'look maybe you should start playing these lads' or he just felt forced to do it as a result.. Before doing so it's not like the results were going that great for us so what was there to lose.

I disagree. He's not stupid. He knew Ruben was a top midfielder, but he was trying to deal with his injury issues in the best possible way.

The Hudson-Odoi situation I feel he was correct in saying he had to improve off the ball. He seems to have worked hard to improve that area and now Sarri is happy with his performances on the field, both in training and real games.

At the end of the day, at 18 he still has a way to go to be a top player. He needs to be consistent.

I think it's natural for Sarri to pick the more experienced players over him considering the likes of Pedro have actually helped us win games this season with some decent performances and goals.

I guess we'll see if he stays for another season. I'd hate for us to be discussing the same thing next season.

Is it possible to reset the vote or have the option for people to change their votes? Would be interested to see where this stands now and then again at the end of the season? @coco @Mod Stark

Could close the thread and start a new one. I'd be interested to see if there's a change.

Great start to the season, sh*t middle, decent finale if we can keep going.

Classic Chelsea. The occasions when we don’t have a sh*t middle we win the league.

Even if we don't get top 4, as long as Sarri starts playing the youngsters more and we see more rotation I'm content with him staying.

A lot of this season he has looked absolutely brain dead, playing the same players, playing the same formation and tactics, just pure naivety. And his comments on the transfer market don't help, it seems like he knows nothing outside of Chelsea or Napoli. Regardless, he's not done a bad job at all, it was never going to be easy for him.
