Are we allowed to question Mason’s place in our squad yet?

Not good enough this. Lampard is the best ever player that's played for us, but I'm not sure he's up to this. 

We have spent a fortune and not improved in the slightest. 

missing the goal completely just about sums that up

it's going to take a lot of work to make a winning team out of this group of players - for the first time I'm beginning to doubt Frank has what it'll take

I don't see it changing any time soon under current management. I love Lampard but I don't think he knows how to improve or fix things.

Good for fixture congestion, but this was the only team I wouldn't want to lose it against ffs. I hate these horrible shootouts where everyone puts it in one spot as well.

Yes, if you ignore his massive work rate and contribution in almost every match...

Really gutted to go out.

Mount's penalty summed up his game. 2 awful passes when he shouldve put it on plate to go 2 nil, and then misses the pen, albeit a fantastic save. Needs to do better with his final ball. 

Overall we played okay, but if ypu dont take your chances at this level, then the result is never safe, especially with Emerson asleep in the back line. 

 

Early signs for this season are not good I have to say. So far little to no positives. 

Mount had an easy pass to Werner he blew in the second half and Hudson-Odoi should’ve scored or passed off to Abraham. I don’t get Lampards fascination with Mount and Hudson-Odoi

I need to sleep on it and not knee jerk, but we do have some significant issues. 

Folks firing Frank at this point need to get a grip.

FL deserves more time to develop as a manager and coach but not at Chelsea...we need an experienced manager, coach and tactician...Poch anyone?

Nonsence. 

We look as inept and amateurish in defence as when Frank first arrived. Blaming it on pre season when it's been going on for over 15 months is not going to wash. 

Our start to the season has been horrible and there is no sign of us improving judging by that performance. 

This wasn't a good spurs team, it was a second string side who brought on their best players at 1 down and ended up winning. 

Roman won't just sit and watch us lose games like this and points like the weekend and not act. He's invested hundreds of millions on this team.
