Subs were way too late especially one for Tammy. Feels like we didn't win this one because of the Tammy in the starting lineup. I said it few times... He is the weakest link in this team. I hope I'm wrong on this one but I just don't see any special qualities in him or developing him into a top tier striker. Yes, he can tap in when team creates but not sure what else he has to offer...I see quality and growth in James, Mount, Gilmour, CHO but not in Tammy. Maybe i just don't see it. Feels like 2 points dropped rather than 1 gained.

Mount MOTM for me, clearly our most reliable player in the most recent games, very very unlucky with that counter attack.

IMO If he passed to Ziyech he gets an assist there, he chose the harder option and still made the pass but it was just half a second too late.

What the f**k are you on about? They had a 100% away record before kick-off and the tightest defence. They had a fantastic defensive shape and concentration as you would expect from Mourinho team.

It was a comment made in jest. Don't read too much into it.

It was against a well drilled spuds team with Kane and Son ready to pounce. The CBs needed to move the Spuds midfield a bit to create pockets of space for our midfielders 

If they ever change the rules and start awarding goals for the best Bambi on ice impression then our opponents are in a lot of trouble.

He's got a point. I like Tammy and hope he continues to develop but we'd win this game a better striker up front. Cavani instead of Tammy today and we probably win for example.

What I am concerned about is that we have taken on one of the most deadly forward players in European football and in ten games we seemed to have marginalised him and robbed him of his confidence. I look how dangerous Werner was every time he got the ball when he first joined. What are we doing to this guy?

First game Spuds haven't won away this season, first game neither Kane or Son scored away,  never looked like scoring either. 

Yes we didn't score either, but we're still a young growing team with important players just coming back into the squad.

Both teams should comfortably finish top four.

Did you actually see his chance? The arc of the ball is going towards him but just enough to reach his foot at full stretch. With his pace, he can maybe lift the ball over the keeper but even then it'll take a really special effort to creep it in at that angle. 

It's not as easy as you make it out to be

Frustrating as we had enough good chances to of took one of them.

A point is better than a defeat though.

I felt that the ref was trigger happy when it came to booking our players compared to Spurs, I noticed they tried a dirty sneaky foul on Mount before he took that shot, he should of gone back and booked him IMO.

top scorers in the league.. 7 clean sheets in 9 .. yes FL is shi*te..  only blame is probably on the subs... sometimes some people want to be more right than really care about the club or facts..

Got to agree with jimmy.

 

tammy had a few chances today to get us the result. I personally would have had giroud start this game as he would have thrived off the crosses that were coming in from James and others.

Jose came set up for a 0-0, hoping to nick a goal, something he is still the master at unfortunately. Kane and Son have been destroying defences lately yet we completely nullified them and dominated the game, and if tammy had committed to one of his chances we would have taken all 3.

Unbelievable isn't it. We kept two of the most dangerous players in the league silent and apparently that's showing too much respect. 

We can't lump all of our players forward and expect to win the game after City just did that a week ago and got demolished by Spurs for it. Spurs had a few counters in the first half, after that, nothing, they couldn't get going. Our team defended really well.

Frank seems to agree it was a great chance as well? Funny that. He should be doing better and I’d bet Giroud knows that himself.
