It doesn't really bother me. If a defender was to charge out like that we would all say the defender was stupid to attempt a sliding tackle in the box. Also, if Werner tries and take it around the keeper, he risks making the angle difficult and losing the chance to score.

I hope Tuchel has this in his notes.
