I have to say watching the celebrations I really feel for Tammy. He is obviously a strong part of the young players group and though he is joining in with them you can tell by his face a big part of him is hurting. I'm sorry but I really do not agree with how Tuchel has dealt with this situation.

My conclusions from this game

Respect to Kepa that was deserved

Respect  to Villarreal good team

Respect  to Tuchel got the Kepa sub right

Respect to Emery he is a top coach 

Might not have been our best final but we got it done Repect Chelsea Fc 2x Super Cup Winners. Much work is still to be done for now let's enjoy a trophy won yet again!!

I thought Alonso had a good game which is good as we need competition there if he stays. But for me a massive highlight was how well Trevor Chalobah just slotted in. It'll be a shame if he does go out on loan as I would like to have seen more of him in a Chelsea shirt this season.

He needs minutes and unfortunately wont be having it at Chelsea. A prem loan with him getting games is best for both parties

Yes providing he gets game time I suppose.

I am still waiting on the glorious return of Malang Sarr and the Dutch lad from last season so these get a chance at the first team as well

Sarr had his chance this pre season and was woeful . He will definitely go on loan next season and sold if he doesnt improve. Hopefully he is loaned back home to France so he feels comfortable. Him being loaned to Porto made no sense to me. The dutch giant is still a kid and isn't even ready for championship football in my opinion

Didn't the Dutch lady have a big injury but then was working his way back into the fold.

It's such a shame that these emerging talents rarely emerge for us.

Although I know he us 22 but that's what was pleasing about watching Chalobah tonight for me

So why are we even looking at a young defender when Chalobah looks perfect. Athletic and versatile too.
