The way he just charges upfield with the ball and puts in good passes makes you think he's a proper CM

Great start for his career. Hope he goes on to bigger things than his brother. Thought Nathaniel lost his way on some of his loans.

I'll say it again. 

If we'd paid £40/50m for him in the summer you'd be chuffed to bits with his performances this season. 

He's developing so quickly into a competent, reliable, confident defender. I'm really impressed with him.

He’s got obvious skill but it’s his composure that is also very impressive. Only 22 and will get physically stronger over the next few years.

You can see why Tuchel likes him. Powerful, good on the ball, is able to bring the ball out of defence and his acceleration off/on the ball is fantastic. And, oh has a keen eye for goal. 3 already for us and he has not even been in the team every game.

A better goal scorer than Christensen, that's for sure 😄 I think it will be really difficult to leave him out of Sunday. He's energetic, going hard, and able to charge forward when opportunities come

Don't get much right but I did strongly feel he should be kept around in the summer. He is becoming quite the player for us.

Scored on his PL and CL debut plus clean sheets for both as a defender. There can be no greater honor for a debutant

I can’t seem to remember any faults he has made with us. He must be so pleased. You can see it on his face that he’s grateful for this moment

He must be living the dream.

Going on loan to obscure Championship sides for a few years, then signed a short-term contract in August last year before going to small french club Lorient on loan.

And now he's all of a sudden signed a long-term contract and become a key player for his boyhood club. I don't think anyone anticipated that but it's fantastic. He's probably eternally thankful for Tuchel as I don't think many others would have given him this shot but he should be really proud for grabbing it with both hands so far.

Top attitude, always giving it his all and looking to learn. Think if AC stays he will have a better shot at succeeding Silva when he leaves than displacing Trev, as for me Trev has more in his locker than AC does.

FFS he was ayong as well on the right of defense as Toni is on the left. Another blow, and TT is "quite concerned" about this injury.

I expect to be alone on this island however for me Trev is our second best defender over the past month or so, behind Silva.

I wouldn’t say the second but yes on par with Rudiger, and ahead of Christensen because of his goal threat. Certainly he’s becoming a great defender and if he keeps progressing, he can become world class.

Never thought down at Bournemouth pre season he would be a regular in the team by December. Great credit to him and for TT believing and trusting him. He also comes across as a humble and grounded young man that appreciates everything coming to him

Any ideas on his injury? Was it a hamstring? I read that Tuchel said he’s worried about it indicates 2-3 months for a hamstring.

No probably find out tomorrow. Kova was hamstring. He has been out for a while. 

Is worrying as he has been better than AC imo this season.

Too much football or coincidence?  Kova, Chalobah, Werner, Kai and N'Golo (albeit knee, hamstring or something else) or hamstring related injuries.

Lot of games plus the high energy demand of the type of football we play under TT.

Reports are coming out the scans on Chalobahs injury are not as bad as first feared and we expect him back for the festive run in. 

Kova is also expected back soon.
