Henderson didn't start every game despite being club captain, in 18/19 for example he started just over half the league games. Klopp picked and choose which games he needed his skillset and which ones the craft of Wijnaldum, pace of Naby Keita or direct nature of Oxlade Chamberlain suited more.

I doubt many will mind Gallagher being used in a similar capacity, but the simple truth is there's going to be some games where other players in the squad are more suited to the match than him.

This isn’t true.. infact Naby Keita /Alex were  one of the worst signing they have made. Jordan made 32 appearances and started 27 of them.. an injury kept him out for a while else he was critical to their system..

unless we change from a 433 to a 4231 I think he will be one o d the first names in a 3 man midfield.. I will agree though if we do a 4231 he is not the best no.10 or a double pivot

he should be an untouchable at this point.. he is only 23 - Mudryk , Jackson , Broja, Caicedo, Enzo, broja, Badiashille all will be 23 in 6 months. Why is it that we are willing to be patient with them and think they will improve to be top top players but not Conor.. despite he is probably showing the most improvement.

I find it very bizarre how people can hold both stances of our attack being wasteful and also complain about Conor having no assists.

The stats shows he is high in chance creation, off the top of my head I can remember 4 chances created by Connor only for Jackson to waste them all. 1 was just last game. I don’t recall people being this harsh on Enzo who had no assists before his recent 2 goals.

You could have Pirlo and Iniesta in the team creating chances for Jackson. He still wouldn't finish many.

You can replace the man but you can’t replace the passion the heart the desire easily. How many of you would give 100% if you were playing for Chelsea as a Chelsea fan? I would say 100%. 
 

Now if you are sold to a rival club would you give 100% in difficult situations, playing out of your skin , I would say not really. You would still try but it effort would be different compared to what you would give Chelsea.

This is why you need players like Conor, Reece and Trev around even if they arent a starter.

Not true, he started 21 times and was substituted in on 11 other occasions.

Very true. Played 1,932 minutes in total.

If you take a 38 game season at 90 minutes per game, then the maximum is 3,420 minutes, so it's accurate to say that Henderson did not feature in 44% of the PL season (1,488 out of the 3,420)

Right but in most of those cases we had an owner that was already in great standing with the fans. Mount could have worked out badly but at least he went to Man United, and he had been in poor form most of last season for us. Conor has probably been our player of the season so far (perhaps a case could be made for Palmer too) and removing him would significantly weaken our midfield, not to mention undermine the manager.

Like people said before you need and enjoy this kind of profile in a team plus he is an academy player so if he wants to stay and dont mind being an option off the bench ill be happy for him to stay, he just makes so many mistakes for me to be a regular starter.

If he's sold only for pure profit to balance our books especially to Spurs then i have a problem with selling him. Our Directors needs to stop selling our academy players so they can correct their mistakes with all the bad players they brought in, i was okay with last summer since Mase and Callum wanted to leave but academy players playing for the big club is always special for me and should be a priority, the club has one of the best academies in the world, lets use it for US!

I dont mind selling him but only if we had good depth at the position wich we don't, we are not even sure about our 250 pounds trio.

As I've said before - we need players like Conor. He may not be the most technically gifted but he works his arse off and he's a leader who will never give up, even when the chips are down. Fully expect him to be sold though since our sh*t c**t owners know f**k all about football.
