Not exactly a match to live long in the memory, but a win tonight was what we wanted, and what we got - job done, on to the next!

Routine win, reckon had this lasted until tomorrow evening they'd still not have an attempt on goal, nevermind score. 

Hard fought but well deserved...

I really didn't enjoy that performance, I don't think anybody had a good game really. We were sloppy all over and very poor in attacking areas. We were lucky we played against Malmo, because if that was anybody else, I don't think we would have got a positive result.

A wins a win though so I will take it.

I don't think we would have played that way against another team. The players probably thought the contest was over before kickoff just like us fans did

CHO, Jorgi maintained their standards.. RLC took too many risks in the second half.. Alonso was very poor positionally and didn’t even bother trying to defend..  Ross looked good when he came on .. havertz should have scored at least 2! Azpi is won’t be replacing Reece .. and lastly ziyech looked better today .

it's hard to tell if we'd be better off finishing 2nd anyway; unlike many seasons the benefit of winning your group doesn't look clear cut at the moment

One of the most one sided 1:0 you will ever see. Credit to Malmo, they just hang in there for 93 minutes and hoped for a miracle, and we just kept missing easy chances and final passes. There were clearly tired players out there, but did enough to win. There's a huge gap of quality between the 2 wing backs tonight and those on the weekend, but again we have done enough. Just need another win and we will quality, and 2 for the top of the group, still achievable despite a bit of underwhelming campaign so far.
