The midfield is horrific. We only had Kante the whole time who can tackle but apart from him, I can’t think of anyone since probably Mikel or Essien who can tackle.

We desperately need defensive midfielders.

Even Pep never tried this wingers at wingback bs for almost a month.

I don't mind putting midfielders at fullbacks because their job is at least 60% similar but wingers? Come on now.

Tuchel will be going to the likes of Barca or Real Madrid. Potter will go to the Championship or some sh*tty Scandinavian league where he belongs to after we sack him

Far far from convinced by him. He shouldn’t be anywhere close to being sacked but we don’t look good under him. That was as bad if not worse tactically than anything we saw under Lampard.

I think comparing Frank gives Potter far too much credit! I'd say we haven't seen anything tactically worse since AVB!

At least with Lampard it could be forgiven as he was a club legend and very inexperienced, not to mention played a squad full of youngsters. Potter has years of managerial experience, he's only 2 years younger than Tuchel.

 

I feel like if we stick with Potter our standards as a club will end up being lowered, and mediocrity will become acceptable. Especially since he seems like a media favourite, which means they'll cover for every bad performance.
