I can only think back to Jimmy. Didier or Diego get one?

Drogba has three PL hat tricks for us, all against a different teams starting with W. Strange fact.

Well I was right about the battle, chuffed for Jackson, the kid is supremely talented, just needs to be played and set up more, 2 one touch and a lively 1v1 finish, played son

Perfect match for Enzo with Spurs crazy high line  but he blew. it He has looked nothing like a top player and if we had any depth in the squad he would be on the bench, very worrying considering we broke records to get this guy he looks so average

I did think that as well but in hindsight I don't think he fully recovered from getting crunched by Romero, which I think was probably why he got hooked relatively early in the second half.

A real negative was Mudryk, I’d sell him to say the Bundesliga, if you can’t rip nine men you ain’t gonna do 11, and Spurs played to his Strengths and he was basically non existent…

Think they all looked lost against this high line.

He was used badly. This was the game to give him the over the top or through ball but it was mainly played to his feet in front of the defence. But he did try too hard.

First half I think we performed quite well.

Combination of bad luck and poor defending from Levi (don't turn your back on a strike) saw Spurs go in front.

Unlucky again that the rebound ball hit Sterlings arm, and Spurs are probably wishing the lino kept his flag down for the marginal call on Jackson being offside on Caicedos cracking hit. Was Nico really affecting the keepers view? Not enough imo.

Romeros tackle was like Gustos, good to see consistency there.

Sterling should have done a better job timing his runs though. Had he done so we would have deservedly led at the break.

Second half unimpressive. Both in the offensive part, where we have Cucurella not giving Sterling a tap in, and multiple poorly times runs, and defensively on set pieces, where we got lucky on the poor header by Bentecur and Dier being offside from a Spurs flick on.

Job done at the end of the day. How can Nico bag a hat trick and then hit that Mudryk cross over the stand.. lol

Excellent 3 points and not getting much of the really negative stuff being posted.

Spurs can have their plaudits. They completely blew any chance they had. We were always going to score a second with Ange’s mental high line it was just a matter of time. The love in for Postecoglu is way over the top.

Colwill isn’t a left back. Please stop playing him there.

We are not too far away. I don’t think I’m biased when I say we should have beaten Liverpool. Same with Arsenal and we fully deserved the 3 points tonight.
Delighted for Jackson and he could have had 6.

Enzo could do with a rest. The Romero tackle definitely affected him and he had the bottom of his leg in ice sitting on the bench. The last half hour was made for him too.

Silva is so important to us but I can’t help think we’ll get better when he goes.

Big performances needed in the next 2 games against City and Newcastle. Probably the best possible barometer of where we are right now

Before the game, the big question will be what is poch plan to handle spurs two fb underlap and we were lost.

Not sure we played well this game but we had many good games this season and got nothing. It is good to play bad and win 😁😁

I reckon Ange's approach is to fight fire with fire, even down to 9. If it worked ( they came close), would be a miracle of the century and really boost their morale. However, had they stayed deep, I don't see us cracking them open until someone makes a mistake, then they might stole one with a bit of luck. I didn't see us using the width or the number advantage even when they down to 9, had the fear we were going to muck it up and become the laughing stock of the year.

Didn't see the game due to work, only highlights (and plenty of them).  Totally mixed feelings - thrilled with a 4-1 win, surprised it wasn't 6-1 or higher, yet relieved it wasn't 2-2.

- Our finishing and final third decision making is well below the standard required, and scoreline flatters us
- Pretty poor breaking the high 9 man defensive line - we weren't sprinting enough behind, although credit where it is due for being more patient than us fans
- How did we, on no less than two occasions, leave players unmarked at back post defending against a 9 man side.  Inexcusable

I'm not sure if we build or what from that craziness, but on we go!
