Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea (PL) Mon 6th Nov 23 20:00 GMT

At the end of the day it should have ended about 8-1 Chelsea, had we not made an absolute meal of going 2 players up on them.

It wasn't the worst performance ever, and at least we scored in the end.

Win, got 2 Spurs players sent off, and they injured 2 in the process, we at least put a dent in their title challenge and Jackson has to get some confidence from that.

Jackson up there with Flo and JFH. 3 at The Lane.

Fat Angela has some questions to answer here. How over-hyped and ultra aggressive his players were from the outset. The suicidal high line they continually played with players sent off. Like to see how he copes with a few players out injured or suspended. Could all come crashing down quite quickly for him.

Got it done but my goodness.

The way we started the match, the way we couldn't cope against a high line facing 9 men, and doing the impossible by actually being outnumbered in set pieces against 9 men.

Far too many questions than answers despite 3 points.

I take no heart from this game that we are moving forward....Spurs self imploded.   We looked shockingly awful throughout the 90 mins...we not winning many games playing like this unless the league force all other teams to play with 9 or 10 men.

It's been absolutely bizarre tactics from Spurs and we've almost made it look like genius.

They should have been losing by a shed load with these tactics and 9 men.

1-4 IS a shed load.

But fair play to them for still playing a high line and almost equalising a couple of times. f**k em !

Romero and Ugowie red cards were so deserved. Lets not forget we made them take the cards. Gladly we played well enough to deserve the win.

Btw we scored 6 today. 4 were not disallowed.

Feels very strange, but a 4-1 win over Spurs, and I'm struggling to see many positives. For huge portions of that game we showed just how awful we are at creating anything. 9 men, with their backline stood on the half way line, literally all you need is a though ball with decent weight, and a good run, and you score. We managed it a couple of times towards the end where they were exhausted, but that high line was suicidal by spurs and we should have created so much more, but we either didn't spot the run, or it was offside, or the ball was overhit.

Still, hopefully it boosts confidence a little bit. But f**king hell do we need a striker.

Much needed 3 points.

But that was absolutely pathetic. I don't care about a hat-trick in the end, neither Jackson or anyone else in our entire side covered themselves in glory. Hanging on against 9 men for 20 whole minutes, disgrace.

Never been so underwhelmed after smashing Tottenham, we did everything to blow that.

3 points is a big relief thought no matter what.

This is exactly how I feel good to get 3 points but man we made them look like world beaters
