Christian Pulisic - Official

Featured Replies

I actually thought Pulisic was decent today and so was Mount especially before extra time. The problem with both of them, are they are missing decisive chances in both cup finals now. But i dunno how much they are to blame when our striker up front does nothing. Atleast they were active, bare in mind liverpool with their 6 attackers also didnt score both finals.

The difference between us losing snd winning was we are crying out for a prolific striker.

No. Not strikers. We need goal scorers.

LF and RF are up for grabs imo with Pulisic being inconsistent and Mount being a flat track bully.

He won a few free kicks high up the pitch but he's becoming a choker in front of goal. Can't believe another one has been infected with torres itis

His miss was odd as how he took his goal against West Ham is the CP we all know. Yes he holds on to the ball too long, is weak and loses possession too often, but he is a good finisher. I don't know what that was about today.

What has happened to his dribbling ability. It took him missing a sitter before he actually beat a player.

He looks slow and weak, and all that explosiveness has gone from his game.

Frustrating player, maybe its the torn hamstrings, but ever since that fa cup final, he has never looked the same player. It doesnt matter where he plays, or if he gets 2 or 3 games on the spin, he is very inconsistent.

I'd agree on an early Chelsea'Torres, but once he lost some of that pressure, I'd take your hand off to swap Puli for that Torres. He didn't get the goals we wanted but got his head down, put a shift in and assisted quite a bit. Though I can definitely see that early Torres in the chance tonight. Shameful!

I would say Pulisic isn't premiership quality, but then I did think that about a Chelsea Salah!

It was his dribbling ability that made up for his lack of strength, but for some reason, he has lost his dribbling abilties.

I can't remember the last time I didn't see him tumbling over because he couldn't cope with the physical presence of another player. It really is like a child going up against fully developed adults at times. He's just getting bullied game after game.

I’d personally rather keep Pulisic than Werner, Ziyech and CHO. But that isn’t saying much because they’re all toss as well

CHO is 2 years younger and creates way more chances per 90, would easily take him over Puli. If he could sort his shooting out he'd be top quality

Yes, after the FA cup final injury he has pretty much lost his acceleration. His close control is still better than most but you can't beat players without acceleration in this league. For the first 6 months after he came back (including another injury) I swear Alonso could've given him a fair race.

At the end of the day he's just another talented and inconsistent 23 year old. He shouldn't be starting, nor should he be complaining about not starting.

Difference between the two is that I’ve seen Pulisic at times be our best player, albeit not recently, and I’ve never seen that from CHO, CHO doesn’t seem to have improved since he burst on to the scene 3/4 years ago and I don’t think he’ll ever be good enough for us.

I think his close control is complete sh*t now too.

I think that 3 month of quality he had a few seasons ago blinded us to the truth of what his level actually is, hes average at best.
