It was like Conte was back, cracking goal from Giroud.

We bossed the match though it was not perfect with just the bounce of the ball seeming to catch out players at times, weird.

Lo Celso should have gone and seemed to be fouling every time he went for a ball.

Willy with that catch that almost went over the line.................... ?

Abraham with that poor effort one on one and then for the last 15 we looked like giving them a share of the points. 

Better yet still work to do Frank.

Really thought mount had a fantastic game today.

Alonso is a match winner if not a very flawed player.

Giroud looked good aswell.

James and Alonso as wingbacks looks so much better balanced. Azpi plays better at rcb too

Would like to see the 3 4 3 formation until the end of a May now  James & Alonso made the difference , brought out the best in Kova & Jorginho, bad for Kante but good for team

The system worked well for us today and suits more of our players.

Frank got it spot on today. Barkley was damn impressive and unlucky to not score before Giroud, Giroud played outstanding and it was refreshing to see our number 9 play that way when It wasn’t Tammy. Alonso showed once again how good he is as a LWB...

VAR is shambolic, and Michael Oliver must of put a tenner on Lo Celso to play a full 90 prior to the match

Honestly I'm not a fan of this system against low block sides, but in the big games I agree. I forgot who we played but I remember we jumped straight back to the back 4 after the 3 at the back was becoming piss poor against the lower sides. 

We need to go back to the system we were playing with before December, and I think we will now Kante is out, I think we'll start winning again and have a good run of form. Excluding the other competitions because I'm not very confident against Bayern.  

I criticised Frank over Maguire last time out, this time looked like he had a real go.

Great to see Alonso score again and what a cracker!

You're the only person besides Hoddle that I know who thinks that VAR decisions was correct. Also no praise for Jorginho? You absolutely slated him last week, he had a great game today.

Yeah he played well. So did 6 other players I didnt mention. Last week he was f**king awful which is why I slated him. Would you like my Super Soaraway Sun marks out of 10?

Trying to enjoy the win and not think about the cancer that is VAR and the referees in this country. 

Finally a big home win and now a bit of confidence going into some of the big cup matches. 
I would like to see Giroud get more game time and somehow Frank to fit Alonso into the team. He’s useless in almost every way but is often good for a goal or assist and we are in a beggars choosers situation in front of goal right now.

Let's hope Azpi doesn't have any lingering effects ... skipper played great today.

Buzzing we got 3 points but fuming about VAR. Thats two games in row, cost us points at United, could have cost us today.

I think the problem last time was that Alonso was out Injured and Frank decided to stick with the formation, I actually wouldn't mind playing with 3 at the back if we've got James & Alonso available as Wingbacks even against a low block.
