The WBA game has me considering it. Did not like how badly that hit me.

I felt similarly. After that debacle, and many more performances (irrespective of result) I found myself asking why I keep enduring this twice a week. My dad took me to watch Chelsea at the Bridge in April 1983 and because of that  I’ve been Chelsea through and through, regardless of what has been served up. If my dad had played a Cliff Richards LP to me in April 1983, I can say with absolute certainty that I would not still be listening to his music twice a week 35 years later. It’s funny how the religious like quality of being a football fan makes us endure utter sh*t as entertainment so regularly. It even makes many of us continually defend and excuse utter rubbish in a way we’d even be hard pressed to defend our own flesh and blood.

I thought Saturday was appalling. A fortune spent on lousy lazy footballers, coached by a succession of people who haven’t a clue what they’re doing half the time and worst of all, between them all, they are about as entertaining as watching paint dry for the visually impaired.

Its mental that our investment makes us no better than West Ham or Leicester and more often than not, less entertaining to watch.

Leeds have more goals than us and its Bamford leading the line, football is hard to understand sometimes.

But it isn't. It is very2 simple. Leeds is the most gung ho team in the League with tons of movement. We on the other hand are like a more conservative poor city. Just watch city game and watch us and you can see the similarity except our player are worse and we play more conservative

No fans in the stadium is letting Arteta right off the hook

I'm not sure, judging by the excuses I'm seeing Arsenal fans make for him if anything he'll be more secure with fans in the ground. All be it very small sample size but I didn't notice any obvious unrest when they had a small crowd in against Burnley in December.

What on earth he has on that fan base I'll never know.

Everyone ready to see another famous night for LFC and City thrashing Haaland FC?

City v Dortmund should be interesting; Pep with  his false 9, & Dortmund starting Ansgar Knauff a youth winger and Bellingham in midfielder.

sidebar: whoever ends up with Bellingham will end up with a hell of a player. Wouldn’t mind him in our centre of the park.

Blatant pen not given to Real, not sure what Mcmanaman is smoking saying Benzeman tangled his leg with Philips.

Liverpool the darlings wherever they go.

I may need to take a break from football if West Ham finish above Chelsea this season.

If Hammers become happy chuffing Hammers due to getting 4th spot at CFCs cost ,there is only CFC to blame and the finger has to go towards the players THIS time . All this doubt has only hit me after the wba defeat and on how crap the team looked all across the pitch .

the game against porto i can take on the chin should we lose or draw or play s h i t e . Its the next prem game this weekend and how the team reacts to the wba performance . That 2-5 lose to wba has put far more pressure onto wenner to fill his boots with goals and not blanks ,as the fans will turn against him .

iam ok with wenner since he dont hide in my book ,but far too many fans today seem to be so fickle

I can't believe that wasn't given, or even by VAR. It's as blatant as it gets.
