As dreadful as this season has been, I disagree.

We have a strong squad which should be stronger still next season with Colwell returned from loan and hopefully a fully fit Kante.

We are crying out for a keeper to replace the two useless ones we currently have and of course as least one striker who can actually score goals (Ivan Toney would be one of my choices).

Clear out the dead wood so we have a nice leaner squad and get a top coach and we WILL challenge for top 4 and put this sh*t season behind us.

    Sacking Tuchel and hiring Potter has played a big part in where we are today. Boehly & Potter was apparently in charge of this "rebuild" that's taken us exactly nowhere but backwards. How you or anyone else had any faith in that rebuild in the first place is baffling.

    Now we've wasted our money, find ourselves in deep financial trouble, got no manager, season over in early April and just generally fecked for the future.

    No we weren't. We just wanted to see the rot stopped and the beginnings of the shoots of recovery or at least some indication that a pattern of play might be on the horizon.

    But yet again these owners have made more poor decisions.
