Chilwell is in a club that is ticking atm. Sancho is a sort of a dream signing, can't see that happening.

Nathan Ake is not a bad shout. Don’t know if he is an upgrade to Emerson though.

Great news. It's been interesting to see us adapt during the transfer embargo, but it couldn't go on forever.

Looking forward to seeing Frank really impose his authority on the squad and begin cutting out the deadwood such as Pedro and Giroud.

I still think the likes of Abraham, Tomori, James and Mount all have great futures ahead with the club and will be prominent under Frank.

But we have been trafficking children!!!!!!!

Ake isn't a left back 

Hoping we get a decent centre back to ease our horribly leaky defence... Who though I have no idea. Not seen many players linked with Chelsea for a while now let alone defenders. Wouldn't mind a sneaky bid for Sancho either but not sure who he would replace. 

Alonso, Pedro and Giroud we can clearly live without. With that in mind maybe a winger as well.

No mate he's a centre back. Left footed though so could possibly do a job at LB but if we were to sign him it would be as a centre back. 

Where has the most priority do you think? 

We need to be careful to not upset the nice dynamic we have in the team, I hope the younger players don't suffer too much if we bring in 2 or 3 players. 

I wouldn't be opposed to a few older and experienced heads to use as squad players. 

Centre Back and left back a priority. If we can't get quality wait until the summer.

Left back and centre back for me. I love Dave but i don't think he is a good attacking threat from left back. I lost count the other night of how many attacks he slowed down by cutting back onto his right foot rather than fizzing it in with his left. I also don't think that Emerson and Alonso are anywhere near the standard we should be looking at. I think we will end up with Chilwell tbh, whether that is in January or the summer. 

We should definitely snap up Ake. 

Maybe yet another back up striker? 

We need cover for Tammy and that’s about it in my opinion. The current squad is young and progressing and we need to bear that in mind. I don’t want quick fixes to problems that are simply down to inexperience , I’d rather we just stick to what we are doing.

The notion that he's being forced to play youth is the highest load of balloney I've ever heard.

He would do a good job in both roles, also allows us to give Emerson more chances to develop.

This is the most important thing and the reason why it is so exciting. Rather than going out and spending  around £40m on another Bakayoko/ Drinkwater type player the money can actually be used to strengthen key areas. We don't need to add depth, we need to add quality in certain areas.

Are we going to get absolutely shafted price wise buying in jan though? We should only be buying world class players imo. Players that go straight into the first team. 

We could really use a good backup for Tammy Abraham, Giroud and Batshuayi are far from good enough. With that said I want us to buy quality, wich is difficult in the january transfer window.

Agree with this, I think we should buy with caution, however we have only missed one window so I am not sure it is a complete overhaul needed added to this though  I would hate if we purchased mediocre playersany signing needs to be a clear upgrade.

We've already been told all we need is Lewis Cooke, Callum Wilson and Grealish.  Genius transfer business right there.
