Player of the season for us but i wont mind if Giroud won it. He single handedly  took us over the line in the top 4 race Drogba style

Playing the best football of his career. Wolves back three have been superb all year but his hold up play was masterful and he took his goal well.

We've been lucky to have two strikers in form at either half of the year. Tammy at the start and Giroud at the end. I personally can't wait to see Werner playing off Giroud in a few games next year.

It was comfortable only after we scored 2 in quick succession, but I don't think anyone here felt confident for the better part of the first half. After that Wolves caved in, I grant you that.

To tell you the truth I was feeling confident in the first half, but wouldn’t have been confident going into the second with a draw or just one goal advantage. It’s probably one of the poorest second halves for Wolves, which specialise I’m getting points in the second halves, but we were very very good in keeping the ball and pressing.

Fantastic home win to secure top 4

Ollys goal was a blinder and Mason Mount effervescent as always and a super free kick to get the 1st

Wolves weren’t on it, we were, so who cares - Top 4 and having a larf !

Let’s take our cup next - Carefree !

Quick question, do we go straight to the Group Stage in the CL next year or do they still have the qualifying round for 4th place go get into the GS?

Straight in. The top 4 teams in the best leagues in Europe don't need to go through a qualifying round anymore.

33 goals this season from our strikers ... pretty good haul ! Hopefully they aren't remotely finished yet ?

One goal for each of them at Wembley would do nicely.

Who cares

I do because if you doing it to protect your knees ,you have a good chance of taking the been soft option onto the pitch > unlike

john terry who did it but his mindset was bang on

The club gets a lot of stick when things aren't going great and not  competiting for the title, but even when we're not all that great we still finish top four, win cups or get to a final. That proves there's a real resiliance and hard nosed will to win at our club.

Well done lamps top4 with a transfer ban. Hazard leaving.

i think he is taking us in the right direction.  The only thing that needs massive improvement is our defense and goal keeping. If we can adjust that I think we have a real chance of challenging very soon.

It’s amazing that we qualified for the CL and reached the FA cup final with the obstacles we’ve faced. Although I was excited by Lampard‘s return and the youngsters being promoted into the first team squad, I expected us to struggle through his season in damage-limitation mode until the transfer ban was lifted. The youngsters and Lampard have massively exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait for next season to start.

But first, bring on Arsenal and Bayern.

Kova was good. Maybe he'd be better off training his defensive side of the game instead of his shooting. He shut down a lot of the Wolves attacks and started plenty of our own.

Or it's just the beer talking!

needs to shoot more

absolutely agree on this..

Delighted with the game and the final position huge achievement for Frank in his first season.

Shame Leicester couldn’t get a result against Man Utd Been even sweeter to finish the 3rd

The goal deference to me is down to a leader at the back. Let’s hope we find our man

Get in. Glad to have top 4 confirmed and a nice comfortable win. Hopefully we can go on to make a decent season a very good season with a Fa cup win next.

This season was always about damage limitation. We had a transfer fan, lost EDEN HAZARD, had so much dead weight in the squad it was a miracle we stayed afloat, and had so many injuries hitting key players at crucial moments it felt like we were cursed.

So to see us make top 4 has me very, very pleased. I thought 6th was our level. Well done to players and manger. Well chuffed.
