That was the finals. Even if we win against Bayern, all the biggest teams are in it as well and most of their players are rested. It's a huge mountain to overcome

honestly, I only hope for a good perfomance to be proud of and not to be humiliated. 

Not expecting much from this game, but I'm hoping we can keep it competitive.

Don't want to field a strong team especially with next season in mind and our latest injuries from the FA Cup hurting us.

It would be the Chelsea way to win it now. We have done it before.

It's one of those matches that serves absolutely no purpose given its timing, our injuriy list and suspensions, first game result and the quality of our opposition. Even if we had everyone available and in top form, our chances of overcoming three goal deficit would have been miniscule, now it's basically a pointless formality.

The only thing we can hope for is not to be embarrassed.

Forget those three, what is Ryan Bertrand doing? He went alright last time at the Allianz.

I fancy an open game more akin to a friendly. Fancy us to win on the night but to go down overall.

With a full team i'd actually be quite if not confident hopeful. Our match fitness advantage is massive and with a fully fit Puli, Azpi and even Willian if we brought a similar A game to what we did in our clashes vs City there was genuinely a chance, an early goal would have had a rusty Bayern very tense especially with the history of us playing in that stadium.

But yeah, it's almost certainly going to be too much with tonights team.

The outcome is inevitable ....I just want to be entertained for 90 minutes.

Or they let their guard down with overconfidence.

It's a good chance for CHO to show what he can do. Our mentality should be to fight, Bayern needs to finish the job because we shouldn't surrender even if we have very low odds to win.

Yeah, that's probably how I see it as well. Although there is this tiniest slither of hope...to be quashed quickly probably 

I think we're going down 3-1, but please no more injuries and no bookings that will result in a suspension in the new season.

Any optimistic thoughts today? ?
