August 14, 20223 yr Had no chance to watch the game. I will take the positives here. People are saying the performance was good. So it means players are into playing this season. Thomas have them fired up. We are going to get new players in probably 2 players. And those players will be of quality. Draw at home is a loss. Only one point but we need to move on, make the deals happen and destroy our next opponents.
August 14, 20223 yr I’ve had 20 mins to calm down and process the game and I’ve come to the conclusion Anthony Taylor is still a useless c**t and Spurs are the worst team in London. Absolutely dominated them all game, couldn’t be prouder of the lads today.

Of course they won't, because the PGMOL are stuck so far up their arses and think they are brilliant. The Premier League putting up with them are just as bad. The writing was on the wall when England had no refs for the 2018 world cup. That is how bad they are, and that is how the rest of the world views them.
August 14, 20223 yr We played fantastically well. Really impressed but the same problems happened from last season.
August 14, 20223 yr Fck the small team.. was written in the stars today.. Kante injury hurt us.. we also need a tall CB to defend the set pieces..
August 14, 20223 yr Should have killed the game in the first half we had enough chances yet did not take them. Our goal from Koulibaly was unexpected and not just from us as Spurs did not mark him, still a cracking finish. Cucurella is fitting in really well, superb left foot and excellent passing. Mount misses, Havertz misses and it is half time. Conte brings on Richarlison and changes shape, Spurs are dominant, Kane misses yet Hjolberg doesn't though how Richarlison is not interfering with play I'm not sure. TT changes too with Azpi and Gallagher coming on and Sterling finds James for 2-1. Spurs don't give up and Kante scores with an overload from a corner. Managers square up twice and would not be surprised to see them banned from the touchline following their shenanigans. Thought RLC did ok, Sterling reminds me a bit of Willian runs about a lot though rarely any end product, still an assist for James and Le Saux thought his touchline cross from the right was exemplary in negating lloris yet no-one was there. Good to see Gallagher and Broja get a run out though Kante's injury might hurt us. Entertaining and a draw disappointing yet also ok as both sides missed chances. August 14, 20223 yr TT didn't mince words in the post game. Stopped just short of calling Taylor bent af.
August 14, 20223 yr I feel our shortcomings were on show today for Todd to see. It could catalyst the deals to be made.
August 14, 20223 yr Can we request Todd to not come to the bridge.. everytime is he is here.. we draw.,
August 14, 20223 yr The thing is by not giving a red card to Romero for pulling Cucurella's hair now is that you set a precedent that you are allowed of pulling someone hair... And Mike Dean is the ref that LOVES to give red cards, i really dont get it.

August 14, 20223 yr So this is totally ok because football is just “entertainment”? So it’s just WWE? I dunno if I can carry on watching sport because I’m just not built to accept this bollocks. If pulling someone down in the box by their hair is ok then let’s make it a tactic, because f**k me that’s entertaining right there.
August 14, 20223 yr Can’t fault the team or manager but that is what is so f**king annoying a game where we get our swagger back just ruined by a prick ref TT is normally the most gracious manager of them all for him to be boiling over says it all it will never be looked at so forget that, I will be minging tonight but those saying we need to take the positives you are right it’s just challenging at the moment, more so because it’s them
August 14, 20223 yr Just now, dansubrosa said: Even Jesus can’t save us from Anthony Taylor sh*t refereeing very true, this c**t would find a way. usually he would make 1 or 2 decisions that would f**k us but today was unreal

If Taylor and VAR had let the hair pulling go against Liverpool and they had conceded a goal Carragher would be screaming his head off at the incompetence and injustice of it.

August 14, 20223 yr Conclusions from this game. Taylor is crooked and always will be when he refs Chelsea games. Tuchel continues to outcoach his peers and is let down by his player's finishing. All 3 of the new signings involved in the goals...suggests what happens when we buy actual quality they make a difference, 2 assists and a goal We need to continue to back Tuchel in the market, he needs his first choice striker, midfielder and defender signed. Mistakes again from key players (Jorginho in our box) has cost us dropped points. Top player but very poor judgement there. We continue to be better away from home very serious issue that needs addressing. Stamford Bridge has never been so easy to pick up points than these past 3 seasons. VAR again proves why it's pointless, if a foul is committed 30 seconds prior to a goal why are we talking about different phases of play?! That's quite literally the most recent significant occurance of the game which impacts on the immediate direction of the game. We've had the exact ruling used against us where we had something pulled back like 2 or phases and a goal disallowed a season or two ago. Regarding the hair pulling its a clear foul in our box which would result in them not having the second corner which gives them the goal. How can VAR look at that and say well because we're not going to give a red we can't over turn the decision and the player gets away with it. VAR the concept makes perfect sense the application of the system is dire, so so poor. Moving back away from the conclusions I'm not even going to make any excuses. However, I'm still triggered by the refereeing. Why is this man continuously allowed to ref our big games. The agenda is clear as day, our player's 50/50 challenges are seen as fouls. Our opponents fouls are officiated as winning the ball. Taylor continues to consistently officiate with a bias which any completely mutual fan could see. There was a petition made asking the fa to stop allowing this man to officiate our games and it was laughed off because really the FA couldn't care less, if this situation was to happen to another big club I don't think we would be having this conversation. Anthony Taylor has continuously cost Chelsea FC points. Make no mistake the drop points today are not on his shoulders the players didn't finish the job and made a mistake in the build up to the first goal conceeded. Nevertheless Anthony Taylor had 0 control over this game he allowed it to be heated he also directed the game towards Spurs gaining points through his officiating. Somebody high up in Chelsea perhaps Todd needs to ask some serious questions. We need to compile as much evidence as possible and ask for an explanation as to why Taylor is such a suspect official regarding Chelsea games. https://www.givemesport.com/1744442-liverpool-11-chelsea-twitter-thread-of-anthony-taylors-wrong-decisions-reemerges It's not the first time I've posted this but this is a list of every single mistake he's made whilst officiating our games. Again I want to reiterate this result is not on him it's on us. Yet as long as he refs our games we are always at a disadvantage. Fun fact of all the teams he's refereed we are 2nd on the list of most loses under his watch. Whereas united have won all of their games (don't know if this is still the case as of writing right now it wlwas in 2021/ early 2022). At the end of the day though we got through this challenge relatively unscathed they didn't really match up to us despite the scoreline and whilst the result is all that matters. We did learn that Tuchel is still the tactically genius we love and we go again next week Edit: Todd sign Aubameyang, FDJ and Fofana!!! Edited August 14, 20223 yr by LongtimerLurker

They didn't this time because they are incompetent cheating twats. And it will keep happening in this league, it always does, and the fans are just expected to accept it because "it's all part of what makes the English game so exciting"
August 14, 20223 yr Feels like a loss whenever you concede a last minute equaliser. We clearly got robbed. Just wish we had finishers to limit the influence of ref decisions against us. Its the same like Barca in 2009. If we scored our chances, that iniesta goal is irrelevant. We badly need a goalscorer and for players like Havertz to just be more clinical for the love of God.
August 14, 20223 yr After this I hope the sissies that sit in PGMOL take an action.. but all we will get is an apology if we are lucky.. but a fine for TT if we are realistic.. meanwhile the fck Anthony Taylor will say there was no obvious error..

Thank fck TT didn't pull Conte's hair at the end. What am I saying that would have been hilarious as an enormous divot comes out.
August 14, 20223 yr The rules on that Var thing for a foul are ridiculous, if Carjacker who is well clued up didn't know the law, how are we supposed to know, there was a reason VAR didn't get involved, because they didn't deem it a Red card......Why because the ball wasn't actually in play, what a f**k up Edited August 14, 20223 yr by Ballack & Blu
