Alonso and Ross are some of the worst players in recent memory for Chelsea that play as much as they do.

I never said sack him but to say it’s not his fault is stupid. Bringing someone in to play attacking football is fine, when it’s been CLEARLY displayed they’re not good enough, to keep trying over and over is insanity.

 

Do you honestly believe the board and Roman are going to sanction a completely squad overhaul? Not a chance.

You sound very ignorant, who else can Sarri put to play in the first 11 if Alonso doesn't even understand that he's a left back that is supposed to stay close to a winger or the opposition full back, you think Sarri is to be blamed for all of these goals? Alonso simply decided to stop being a player for no reason and left a whole side open and then tried to say something to Hazard. Is that some basic highschool football tactic that Alonso still didn't learn? WTF are we talking about?

Which lineups?? I post that Tammy should be given trust and still some people think he's unproven, who do you want then to play, at this point people tend to blame Sarri for not playing Barkley and then blame Sarri again for playing Barkley when he does play, what practical argument does anyone have against Sarri? NONE

@carrickblue   Do you remember who scored the first volley in that game? It was pretty damn insane. There was another good volley by sunderland but nowhere near as good as the first. 

Thing is, I am not sure what happens from here. Presumably the board will not want another manager change and I don’t see what it really achieves. 

Guess we’ll find out if the board really do want attacking football or winning football.

It's the manager's job to get the best out of the players, Sarri was never a Chelsea manager imo the players we have are average, we have no pace in the team, Hazard turns up when he wants to the sooner we sell him to Madrid the better, our defence is pony our tactics are predictable. We dont play young English players who would give passion and 110% effort every game so will end up losing them Luiz has no pace so can't rely on his tactical awareness as he has none. Its embarrassing.

It depends what the club wants. If the club continue to hire managers and expect to win the league with mediocre players then it won't happen. I've said before, our expectations need to be lowered if we want to actually build a successful side, along with top recruitment. People can't genuinely sit here and say the board have hired well. Sarri still hasn't been able to build this side in the same way as Pep has at City. If we don't have that kind of ambition, then we need a different vision. 

Conte was not this bad. I know this sounds bad but we wouldn’t get these results under him

I don't even care if you said it, when many people have said it. Conte won the league by a clear overperformance of this squad + Costa and got tired of the whole club the very next season and couldn't wait to get sacked but won in the end the FA Cup and proved that he is a winner even with a sh*t squad in his own mind.

The club brought in Sarri knowing what he wants to do, how he wants to do it. But kept the same players + bought for Sarri his Jorginho and now Higuain. Regardless of what I believe, if Roman doesn't commit to fully do a squad overhaul, the only choice is to finally give CHO,Tammy and others a key role in the team for the future. Otherwise we become Arsenal, signing average players in a delusion.
