as i say it wasn’t his day but never stopped trying unlike some others

I am not worried about Kai. He had an off day with his finishing but the talent is there for all to see. He is a gem, like Reece or Silva or Kante, just class acts.

Played quite well today. Compared to the others, at least.

Hes really been carrying us, and looks like the only player who cares.

The movement for his goal was world class

Keep him up front, don't knee jerk drop him if/when he has some poor games and watch him grow into an elite player.

He's taken to his new position very well, it's not easy converting into a striker. Well done to him

He really is silky and makes things happen. Mount tries to do the same but is often too hasty. 

Such a talented player, lucky to have him IMO.

Might not have him for long at this rate. Head and shoulders above any other offensive player we have.

If we can keep him for 7 years like Eden I'll be thrilled already. Last season he lacked fire and purpose, but like many have said, lately he seems the only one who gives a damn upfront

He is actually who City need and Pep would be mad not to be pointing that out.

He gave his 100% all around the pitch, that's how a player has to play.

Ok, so I've only just cooled off after Wednesday. Needed to post in here because Kai was brilliant against Madrid - the only player who could leave the pitch with his head held high

Don't expect calls like that to go your way if it is against a Barca, Real, Liverpool etc.

One of the reasons I want VAR gone as fast as possible. At least before you could just put all the blame on a mistake or incompetence and eventually let it go, even if hurts. Nowadays it's just blatant corruption going on at its finest.

At least put a challenge for each manager so they can ask for a review and explanation of a situation if that's the way we're going forward.

Very true!

Doubt if he was reaching the ball but should have been looked at cent percent.

he has really been amazing for us and a real goal scoring threat.. mount has also stepped up in recent weeks .. he can be our clutch player..

For that to be a penalty we can't have Courtois grabbing the ball. If he wasn't there it would have been checked and probably given. Right call I think. Kai had already lost the ball there.

I was reading an interview with TT and G Hoddle, and he likened Havz to the very players I see in him, Bergkamp, Van Persie and Berbatov, I really hope the kid kicks on every season, we have a fine cut diamond in our ranks…
