TT finally gets a chance to prove himself

These games against bottom table clubs should be won with half gas by two three goals. We always struggle. If we don't win today it will be very difficult to end among best four.

Jorginho has been an absolute liability. Azpi and zouma and Kovacic  mot great either.

but the decisions in that first half have really wound me up. 1st yellow, barely touched him, borderline whether it was a foul.

Pulisic brought down cynically for the free kick with lead to the goal. No yellow.

Thiago silva second yellow for what was barely even a challenge, when you compare the level of contact to werner getting hit after the cross about 10 minutes earlier, it is absolutely mind blowing how one deemed no foul, and the others second yellow. 

Borderline ovrebo levels of incompetence.

I didnt think it was a yellow either. 2 minutes earlier Bartley did a much worse tackle on Pulisic and didn't even get a yellow.

How was it fine when we were abysmal before the red. It blatantly wasn't working .

Why focus so much on the CL for next week when we aren't winning it. We need to make top four. Dumb decision to rest players considering Mount never even played mid week.

I don't blame Silva for any of those moments. Jorginho was the player at fault, and the second booking was never a booking, not even a foul.

We have some really difficult games for top 4. Looking at fixtures, we may possibly need to win the UCL to be in it next season. Also please bring on Chilwell for Alonso. Just way too slow.

I think credit to WBA for realising Silva hasn't played much and a lot of the team has been travelling over the last few weeks for Internationals and pressing us high, as poor as we have been WBA have been excellent.

Why Would You Keep Jorginho On

I agree with all comments regarding Tuchel and his selection.

Jorginho looked shaky from the start, and we should have hooked Alonso as soon as we went down to 10.

I do believe we can get something from the game though. Time for all the players to show their heart and desire now.

We should have never been in this position against a team like that. It's all sloppiness that costing us this game. 

Tbh i think most of our performances under Tuchel have been poor and it was same even before the red card.

You put Alonso and Jorgi together and this is what happens... iron boots.
