April 27, 20242 yr Moral victory 4-2 tonight by my reckoning ... or 5-1 if we count Cucu's goal as well LOL

April 27, 20242 yr Credit to the team to come back from 2-0 down. But that goal being disallowed! I’m shattered !

Much the better side tonight. Unlucky and denied by c**ts. Its been clear since the beginning of the season that only one of Connor or Enzo should be playing beside Moises but Poch doesnt have a clue
April 27, 20242 yr Looked like a foul live to me ? Fairplay to the teamtalk this match as seemed like another leathering was on the cards at HT Enzo is better out of the team. Jackson is the king of misses. Should get 45 mill for Connor at least in a few weeks !
April 27, 20242 yr But what a great second half performance from the lads, superb effort and so unlucky in the end. That 2nd half Chelsea is more like it, let's see it for 90 mins. I'm off , have a good evening you lot
April 27, 20242 yr I was genuinely in shock the goal was disallowed. I couldn’t believe it. Would the referee award us a penalty if the roles were reversed? Hell no.
April 27, 20242 yr We were robbed. How the hell they saw enough in that to overturn the original decision is ridiculous. Anyway proud of the team. Honestly was expecting a battering with the team we had out and the lack of experience on bench. Madueke was my MOTM. He terrorised Digne all game. Caicedo was excellent second half. Gallagher top performance too but I felt the pundits didn't give Madueke enough credit. He was sensational.
April 27, 20242 yr Brilliant 2nd half, didnt see that coming. Probably was a foul, but not much in it, Carlos didnt even appealed he cant have thought there was much contact, and in that is a really low bar to overrule the on field decision. Definitely doesnt count as clear and obvious. Give away 2 sloppy goals again though, so always an uphill battle with this defence. Caicedo fantastic 2nd half.

April 27, 20242 yr 2 minutes ago, Zero said: Same system (VAR) didn't bother to check Arsenal's 3-0. The system is so inconsistent and on the verge of corrupt. As soon as one brings in a subjective judgement/interpretation, there is a huge potential for corruption. I would be happy with VAR if it was limited only to offside decisions (and even there you can be sneaky if you wish to).

Maybe instead of spending on players .. should get some prayers offered or something.. Worse still Poch gets to play the role of the unlucky one and, God help us, might get a stay of execution.
April 27, 20242 yr great 2nd half from the lads - have to say I felt that was totally down to the players who decided to give it ago. I think we all want to see more of that spirit but I am still in the Poch Out camp. We are so poor without the ball, our defence is shambolic - - we've got talented players but they need organisation and discipline, doesn't look like Pochettino can deliver that.
April 27, 20242 yr I thought it was a foul in real time so wasn't surprised VAR told the ref to look at it and that he gave it. Right decision for me
April 27, 20242 yr Well I guess we'll see how many penalties get given for a push in the box in the future....none.....this VAR is a farce when it comes down to it. But we shouldn't be moaning... 9.5/10 Palmer would have buried that chance.

Sorry, I know it's not a popular opinion, but with blue tinted glasses off, it was a clear foul. He literally barged him in his back, with such force that the defender was off balance and couldnt contest the ball. I doubt it would have been given as a penalty to us.... but it should be if that happens to our striker.
April 27, 20242 yr The tactics were dreadful, especially in the first half. We got a point through character and a piece of individual brilliance. Happy with the draw, but once again, there is no sign of a team taking shape.

April 27, 20242 yr Considering how we started that was excellent. We completely outfought them, and did so with Mudryk doing absolutely nothing. Look forward to the day that Andy Townsend resembles Craig Burley in more than bias.
