Loads of fantastic performances today including conte, who has stamped his authority dropping Luiz, while at the same time keeping the dressing room on side. It's something Ferguson was expert at, and maybe an area mourinho has struggled with recently. 

Hopefully get through this international break unscathed and really kick on in the busy period ahead.

I never pay attention to what Jose says anymore, knowing how he was when he was with us.

He will say absolutely anything just to protect himself and his team.

Brilliant! Where the f**k is Phil Neville and the rest of the Skynited pundits who've been saying we miss Matic so badly. I haven't heard a word about it, it's quite clear Kante is crucial to this system, even Drinkwater is an upgrade on Matic. 

I can bet any money the next manager who comes in after Jose will be selling Matic. 

PL performance of the season for me , we dominated them for 95% of the game. Morata's best performance as well he looked strong & Pacey didn't give the call away, made good passes and that finish ..wow. Rest of the team were outstanding as well. A performance of champions.

Excellent performance, pity we didn't get all the goals that it deserved. Still 1-0 victories bring the same reward as 4-0. Today we had purpose behind our play, everyone put in a shift and applied pressure on their opponent to overturn possession frequently. Clearly Conte's words had an affect, it helped with it being United so soon after the poor Roma game. Special praise belongs to some of our under fire players, Bakayoko despite his wayward finishing was dominating, Morata wasn't always looking to go to ground and battled and Cesc was his majestic best with his distribution. Everyone had good games, Christensen looks very assured in the centre of defence, he has to keep the shirt now. Great result, thoroughly deserved. As for Jose he could find himself under pressure if his negative tactics don't get him reward, United fans will only stand those whilst they are winning.

If Luiz has a behaviour problem, absolutely, but if anything he should be replacing Cahill in the long term. Not having a dig at Cahill by the way he was great today, but Christensen is a limited defender, very good defensively, good for balance in the side. Luiz however, nobody can do what he does so well, he's like a playmaker in defence, we will miss that badly without him mark my words. Defensively he's been poor this season, but that's because of the huge imbalance in the side. 

Chelsea played all of the class football today......Man ure looked like a very s*it average pub team today......playing long balls and committing dirty fouls ........they've spent nearly 500 million on very average cr*p players.......but it appears that  the suits people (the glazers) that run man ure .....only seem to care about the profits they make on the balance sheet........the old glory days when man ure played attractive free flowing football are long gone.....citeh are ruling Manchester these days .....carefree we are the famous CFC !

Sometimes a limited player is a better option than  a player technically superior to him. Some would say jt was limited by being too slow but did not stop him being amazing for us.

Maka had nowhere near the technical skill of a lampard or a Gerrard but boy could have England used him.

Andreas is what our defense needs. We need the fundamentals to be right. To defend first and foremost. Once we have that down we can worry about defenders with skill later.

Spot on axeman......I remember England winning the World Cup in 1966 with only a handful of stars (technical ability wise) .......most of that team for example the likes of Jack charlton, nobby stiles, george Cohen and Ray Wilson etc, etc were average ability....but they always gave 100% and were unselfish team players with the right attitude.

Get in there! A good performance overall. Still room for improvement in terms of clinicality and composure when we play in the defense. It is a day and night performance compared to wednesday's disaster! Good to see CFC showing up!! Now I am praying for CONSISTENCY IN WINNING!!! UTC!!

We were brilliant today. Every single player. Conte put a rocket up their arses and they responded. Got tough with Luiz. I just respect this manager so much. That's how you respond to a crisis.

Some fantastic performances today. Thought that Christensen in the centre of our defence was the change that made the difference. He is one of those players, a bit like JT, who reads the game really well. He always seems unhurried and in the right place and that’s not by luck. Defence looked a lot more balanced today.

Kante is an out of this world midfielder and his coolness under pressure and his distribution in tight positions is underplayed by many. Rarely does he give the ball away or get caught in dangerous areas.

Bakayoko was a monster in our midfield and caused them loads of problems with his forward runs. It’s a pity about his finishing, don’t think he’ll be a Lampard but he can improve.

Fab enjoys this position much more where he can work his magic. I think Conte made the right call to replace him. In the few minutes before the sub Fab made two poor short passes and a half assed attempt of a tackle, I think he was tiring.

Hazard is quality, enough said.

Better from morata today, fantastic header but could have done better with a couple of chances near the end. 

 

Great improved performance from the team, all looked up for it and a deserved result.

Hazard and Fab were outstanding, Dave’s cross for Morata superb along with the finish. I know which number 9 I’d have from the two playing today. Morata grafted all day and got the just rewards, Lukaku was s***e and deserves his flat track bully tag. Well pleased we signed Alvaro, reminds me of Torres in his prime for the scousers.
