It would be so sweet to beat them tomorrow and knock them down a peg or two. All I’ve heard in the build up is how wonderful Spurs are and how sh*t we are and what an awful transfer window we’ve had. Not sure I can stand much more Spud loving from the national media if they were to win, so would take a draw right now. Hopefully we start on the front foot and the crowd helps to push us on to 3 points!

The media have had enough of mocking spurs ?

Now I'm worried

Just seen that we've got Anthony Taylor tomorrow.  That's that then. Penalty against us to decide the game or a sending off. Or Taylor win double, he'll do both to us.

Watching the United  game was scary. So easy for a once great team to slide into mediocrity. We need to keep doing things with effort, application and ability.

Wouldn’t surprise me if this was a draw as neither team will want to lose it this early in the season.

I’d probably take it, which I know if a bit glass half empty. Just feel like where we both are right now it wouldn’t be a disaster to draw. Losing would cause a lot of hysteria we don’t need though!

We’ve not really improved the team or squad and seem to have failed to get match fit and tactically prepared, and we don’t have a centre forward still, so a defeat looks fairly likely.

At least the bald twat can't send Kovacic off for making a legal tackle...

You need to realize....everyone hates Chelsea, everyone.  Media hate us, TV pundits (with a very few exceptions) hate us, except when we win a trophy by beating a team 2 or 3 nil.  If we win a trophy by 1-0 'Chelsea were lucky and the other team not at their best'.   Liverpool win 2 cups on penalties and how they actually won the trophies is not mentioned...if we would have won them in that fashion all you would hear is 'Chelsea won 2 trophies on penalties'.    The media / TV / Social media are in love with two teams Liverpool and City with Spurs and Arsenal now running a close 3rd.

We are NOT going to get beat by that sh*te from North London.

This has a draw written all over it IMHO.

We are a good team as a whole, but unfortunately not that great going forward. They are decent as well and have a great manager in charge who put his stamp on the team already and to be fair look slightly better than us going forward. Probably Sterling is  the only one who would break into their attacking line. Kane and Son, pains me to say it, but are better than Mount and Havertz.

I would start Broja instead of Kai, Gallagher instead of Jorgy and Cucurella (eats paella, drinks Estrella and his hairs f***ing massive) instead of Chilly.

We beat this lot four times last season.

No problem this term.

We just need to make some serious noise at home, just like we do away.

Come on you Chels

Off to the game in a while. Via the pub of course for a couple of beers and to the pub afterwards. Goes without saying but beating Spurs is always a joy and here's to another win today.

Three great goals from Jimmy to put us in the mood.
