January 26, 20179 yr why do we still have this thread? there's more posts on this than on our current manager's thread. lets give some appreciation to conte.
January 26, 20179 yr What most amuses me about all this is that amongst Jose's worst traits is the way he rails against any slight or criticism he perceives with a disproportionate level of fury. You wouldn't catch anyone of his critics in this thread doing that though. Edited January 26, 20179 yr by g3.7

We don't have photos of the Don with trophies. Come May that will change and it will be photo daft on that thread.

January 27, 20179 yr Haha what a hero: Mourinho also [...] [stated that] the EFL Cup final against Southampton will be difficult because the stadium will be “windy”.
January 27, 20179 yr So according to Jose United drew last night as he only saw two goals scored,so their unbeaten run continues. Wonder why he didn't strike off Mata's goal in th first leg? Not to mention thd other dodgy decisions they have benefited from. Maybe our 14 pt lead could be airbrushed away too. Edited January 27, 20179 yr by charierre
January 27, 20179 yr The funny thing is that Mourinho is becoming more and more like his nemesis Wenger every time he opens his mouth. Jose's been doing the "CFC voyeur" bit for a while now, and now we have the 'did not see' charade when it suits him as well ... Perhaps he is positioning himself for the Arsenal job after he is finished at Man United ? :-)
January 27, 20179 yr Looks like 2017 will be the year of alternative facts. Im also the most liked poster in this thread.

Jose wins again!

January 31, 20179 yr His move to United was easier to stomach considering how bad of a season we had under him in 15/16, along with how well we are doing now. If he left us to join them after winning back to back titles, it would have been heartbreaking.Maybe he is too proud to show us respect right now. We are in impeccable form and Jose knows it. If United were 1st and we were 6th, it would be much easier for him to show respect without his pride being dented.

I don't understand what you mean when you (and others) say he 'wins'. What (or how) exactly is he winning through his remarks? Our respect? No. Our admiration? No. Our position in the table? No. Football matches? No. By getting on Conte's nerves? No. If you mean he is winning by deliberately trolling us and riling us up, then perhaps yes. That makes him no different from the average troll on a forum. I hope for the sake of his own mind that this isn't a victory he is aiming for. If he wants to win by being the most discussed subject on theshedend, even that isn't working as we discuss Liverpool and Tottenham far more. I sincerely hope again that this isn't how and what he wants to 'win'. Whichever way I see it, he only 'loses' with every such remark he makes. Edited January 31, 20179 yr by ashwin
January 31, 20179 yr So let me get this right. Jose makes a daft comment or sly dig. A Chelsea fan decides to go on a forum and vent his opinion on a forum he'll never read. This results in Jose winning? Congrats Jose here's your "you wound some Chelsea fans up because they commented on a forum" medal.
January 31, 20179 yr According to Mourinho fans anything he does, no matter how stupid is some Machiavellian power move. He's the supreme genius of our time. Speaking of geniuses ......
February 1, 20179 yr Some quotes from the best fans in the world on RedCafe: Already losing the trust he built up with the fans over Christmas, he should know better and should be doing way better. And I'm sorry but Jesus Christ the amount of times we don't look like scoring, we might as well have kept Van Gaal! When we miss out on fourth, do we get rid?Yeah the play is better but we resort to hoofball way too early and he's spent a fortune. A nothing manager. He has to prove he still got it and that last year was an anomaly. So far, he's proving to be an utter moron who thinks he's badass playing psycho mindgames. Just want him gone now. We should fecking fight for the title with this squad, and not battle for sixth. It's pathetic. Even David Moyes would have done better with the squad we have right now. No longer a motivator, consistently getting selection and tactics wrong. Likely just a guy with a big ego (justifiaably) who needs to buy the best players in a league to win titles now. If hes not motivating the team thats his fault. If Mourinho no longer motivates then he has no purpose. Don't like Jose at all. Lets whatever pathetic grudge he has against Martial get in the way of playing our best team.
